Been going here for years every time I’ve been going. lately I’ve notice the amount that you’re charged is different every time and every time I ask to see the receipt the computer is not working how is it I buy the same thing all year and every time I go the amount is different i order 3 sandwiches came out to 40. With taxes she said . I said can I get a small coffee as well and she says 49.89 lol 🤣 😂. How much is the coffee 9.89 where that coffee from Dubai 😂😂 and I ask can I get the receipt to see what I’m getting charged for and what’s each item cost she’s says the computer doesn’t work that’s the 4th time this happens with same person in a row this was the last draw. First of all!!! The service sucks. Very unprofessional. The young girl acted like she didn’t want to attend. I bought a flat ham and cheese sandwich with a small coffee that costed me 10.00. At the end of the transaction I asked for light butter spread. The lady told me, “ that’s what I asked you if you wanted it plain because I have to charge you”. Who the hell charges for spreading butter on bread? On top of that the sandwich had one slice of of a ham and cheese. They are so expensive and so cheap with the quality of their food let alone their service. You can’t expect from east main but these Puerto Ricans need to do better.
