Two Brothers Pizza House — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I used to love their food but based on the rude service I just received I will NEVER order from them again. Not sure what lady they have answering the phone but she was extremely rude and hung up on me after I tried to explain that I received the wrong order through Grubhub. The Grubhub menu offers pizza by the slice but I received mini pizzas with the wrong toppings. She accused me of lying and said they called me to tell me about the situation which they did not. I ordered from this place multiple (3x’s) times. I specifically ordered the pickup special which was 2 small pies with extra cheese. Each time that I received there was never any additional cheese added and when I requested more they insisted that I ask for Extra, extra cheese and pay an additional fee. The last time I decided to pickup was the final straw when I watched a Cook/Pick his nose and proceed to cut a pie that was ordered prior to mine. Use to love this place. Was craving it for a while so my son and I go and he orders a large pepperoni calzone and I order a large bacon and sausage calzone. We waited 20 minutes to get 1 calzone and 1 pepperoni pizza. I'm like we didn't order a pizza the guy was like I heard pizza I'm like idk what you heard but we both said calzone and I even said it again to him to make sure it was good.
