Starbucks — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I made a mobile order for "drive thru" in the parking lot because its easier to get everything correct on the app and requires no long-winded explanations. Then, I pulled up to the speaker. I said I have a mobile order and the girl immediately told me that you have to wait 3-5 minutes after making a mobile order before pulling up and told me to drive around and park in a space. This is with two cars in front of me at the window. Makes no sense. If I waited to order when I pulled up to the speaker, then that would be even later, but then it wouldn't be a "mobile order." When she brought the order to my car, I asked, "Why do you have to pull out of the line and leave the drive thru to wait in a space if you make a mobile order?" She said, "it's faster". I asked "I'm confused, wouldn't it be even later if I waited to order until I got to the speaker?" Again, she just says "yeah, it's faster". By now she is already leaving in a hurry to rudely avoid answering a customer. I only managed to say "I'm confused" as she was walking back inside with her back to me and just yelled again like a parrot, "it's faster". Who trains these employees because they are truly lacking in basic customer service and have no clue/desire how to think logically and explain any simple issue to customers. I usually order a head on the mobile app and walk in to pick up my tea. But I like my local Starbucks. Everyone's always so nice. The store is always clean. I've only used the bathroom once and it was clean. They just recently fixed their sidewalks. It's in a great location right off 380. I know some people like to boycott Starbucks but in a small town when new businesses are looking at opening locations they look at the performance of the local Starbucks if there is one. They also employ our local residents. So it is important to grab a coffee from here just as much from another local...

Garrett was a very polite and patient supervisor. Very good teamwork, with speedy service. Also he took his time to explain the difference in the drink for me in detail. I appreciate him and his team. The last 3 days we have been by, under 5 minutes and we were on our way. Another thing is it is always clean on the outside and inside. This is the most recommended Starbucks by me and my employees. We have several Starbucks to stop at on way to work none as amazing as you guys. Keep up your...
