Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bridgeport

It was more the staff than food that was the reason for this review unfortunately. We came in to order to dine in but we waited up front for 2 of the employees who were obviously ignoring us and when we finally flagged them down they directed us to the kiosk ( Both were down so they didn't work) then proceeded to ignore us once again for a few more minutes while more customers were coming in behind us. Finally we were approached by the manager.... who well started taking our order and then walked away rudely while we were attempting to tell her our order...... to talk to the other two employees who were laughing and paying more attention to a drive thru order and I'm assuming a dash order then the front.... we finally after about 20 minutes got to order... we didn't really get to enjoy our food because of the experience but well at least they tried to make it better with a few extra tacos.. cant say my family will be returning to this location again and I would rather make the trip to either Decatur or Dallas fort worth then to come back here and would not recommend this...

This Taco Bell in Bridgeport Texas is HORRIBLE!! They have NO idea how to serve people. We walk in and NO ONE comes to the counter to help us. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE would just look at us and look the other way like if they didn't look at us we weren't there. Finally after about 5 minutes (no exaduration) one of the prep people said "we will be with you in a minute" then no one came to the counter. Another 3-4 minutes a lady stuck her head around the corner from the drive thru only to tell us the same thing "someone will be with you in a minute" After another few minutes she came around and took our order. No thank you no explanation...nothing. We sat down and thought they would call our number our bring it to us, since we were the only ones there. But no after about 5 minutes (again no exaduration) I stand up look at the pick up area and guess what.....there was our order. Don't go to this Taco Bell!! This was the saddest crunch wrap I have ever eaten from Taco Bell. I stopped getting bacon egg and cheese biscuits from mcd because the paper thin pieces of bacon but this takes the cake on skimping on ingredients. I thought maybe they just placed all the beef on one side. So I fought through the hot taco flavored salad only to realize the spritz of sauce that’s in between the tostada and tortilla was in fact the beef. I’m now praying and rooting for an economic collapse of the likes we have never seen in hopes to see the slow inevitable closings of tortilla bell. Tortilla bell because you would have to have meat in a tortilla to be considered a taco. You suck Tortilla Bell. I will delete you from my existence.
