Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeton

Initially, I called to place an order for pick up because my boyfriend was going into town. The employee who took my order indicated it would take approximately 40 minutes to prepare a pizza. Therefore, I requested a large cheese pizza for delivery instead. The worker never specified a time for delivery nor did I inquire about an approximate time. I placed the the order sometime after 7:56pm. However, my pizza did not arrive until 9:52pm. The delivery guy came to the front door instead of the back, which is my household’s personal preference. This has been on file since 2013. When the pizza arrived, it was warm and lacked any flavor except overwhelming garlic. I prefer my cheese bubbly not burnt and dried out. The crust was hard and dissatisfying. The sauce was a thick consistency and lacked depth. The best pizza I had from them was 4 orders ago. It looked appealing and tasted delicious. Everything was absolutely perfect! This pizza was no comparison to that masterpiece. I spent additional time warming my pie up in the oven. Dominos were not always this horrible. Unfortunately, their quality of service has deteriorated over the years. I was definitely disappointed with my recent order. I recommend that adminstration enhances their sauce recipe. In addition, they need to retrain staff on professionalism, proficient communication, time management, and adhering to their policy and procedures in hopes of improving their products and productivity. I had the worse experience with dominos , first of all they had me complete an order an give me a total to tell me that they couldn't bring the food to me I had to come out in the snow to receive my order, then when I asked the lady that took my order why is it that I had to pay for the delivery service an at the same time come outside in the snow to receive my order an still pay for delivery isn't delivery when they bring the food to you an not to your parkin lot then REFUSE to bring your order to you !! I feel if they couldn't bring the order to me why even have me go through all that to order the dam food!!! the order was a 49.00 order an I woulda tiped but they claimed they wouldn't deliver so I had to cancel the order an will neva call again!!!! I ordered food from the Bridgeton site on Pearl street. The driver left my food on my porch without knocking or ring the doorbell, he left my soda at the store and reported it was left on the porch. I ran the camera back and it showed something different. I have a secured camera that records everything. Me and my family was practicing safe social distancing and decided to have a family night on New Years, I was forced to cook food because there was strayed cats on my food. I did not trust the food to serve it to my family. To make things worse I called the store and requested corporate number, I was given the Hilton Hotel number by Ms. Brenda my opinion that was very unprofessional and distasteful.
