I was in the store for coffee and a few other things, when I went to pay, Nathen who was the cashier told me it was 21 and some change..I gave him the 21 dollars and I was reaching for the coin...he then told me in a very rude way "you owe me more change " I told him I was aware and that's what I was getting the coin.. again he was very rude with another remake.. I asked who the manager was and he had to stop and think about the answer. I then went for gas and was at the pump 20 to 25 minutes..the three attendance just kept talking as if I was not there. No Hot Chocolate, No French Vanilla cappuccino, no salted caramel cappuccino, no 16 oz cups, alllll coffee dispensers emptyyyy... Lids all over the floor.. 4-6 employees.. no excuses what so ever.. I work overnights and there is not too many options to choose from at this time of night, so very disappointing. If I wanted iced tea I would have ordered iced tea. I wanted caffeine if that flavor of Celsius was not available common sense would be to give me a different flavor, not a completey different product. Train your employees better.
