I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a catered dinner from Krishna's Kitchen, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The food was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and truly satisfying.
Paneer: The paneer was perfectly cookedâsoft, tender, and seasoned just right. The spices were balanced and not too overpowering, which let the richness of the paneer shine through. I was impressed by the texture, and it complemented the other dishes wonderfully.
Chicken Tikka: The chicken tikka was fantastic! The marinade had deep, smoky flavors with just the right amount of heat. The chicken was juicy, tender, and grilled to perfection. Every bite was packed with flavor, making it one of the standout dishes of the meal.
Basmati Rice: The basmati rice was another highlight. It was incredibly fragrant, fluffy, and had a rich, aromatic flavor. It paired so well with both the paneer and chicken tikka, making it the perfect base for the meal. It was a beautiful balance of texture and taste.
Dessert (Gulab Jamoon): The meal ended on a sweet note with their Gulab jamoon. These little dough balls were perfectly soaked in syrup, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. They weren't overly sweet, making them a perfect ending to the meal.
Overall, Krishna's Kitchen exceeded my expectations with their delicious offerings. The flavors were spot on, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. If you're in Bridgewater, NJ, and craving authentic Indian cuisine, I highly recommend giving them a try. Whether you're catering for an event or just ordering for yourself, their food is...

Read moreLet me start by saying that I travel all over the US for work and I regularly eat indian food as it is my favorite ethnic food to eat. I am from the UK where indian food is some of the best in the world. Lets just say I know my indian food and I know what's good and what is bulk-produced basic junk. The trouble is that quality varies greatly. I rarely review places but felt I had to review Krishna's Kitchen. The take-out I ordered from there yesterday was absolutely outstanding. Delicious, authentic and you could tell it was made fresh in house. Every good restaurant has their own variation on the classics and the Chicken Tikka Massala here was amazing. One way to tell the skill of the chef and the quality of indian food is the Nan bread. The Nan at Krishna's Kitchen was absolutely to die for. Crispy in parts (but not hard), not doughy and it had just the right amount of light oil from the ghee and those wonderful slightly charred bubbles that signify a properly cooked Nan. When I am back in this area I will definitely be ordering from here again. Ignore the suspicious reviews that are obviously from people associated with other restaurants, trying to lower the rating of Krishna's Kitchen. This place is the real deal. Lastly, the medium spice level was perfect. Some heat but not so much that you...
