Cape Cod Cafe — Restaurant in Bridgewater

A "Great" place for salads (the small salad is bigger than most places large ones) on Tuesdays the cheese pizza is only $6.00 you can't beat that. I shared a pepper and sausage pizza and salad with the wife and I tell you it was the best I have ever had!!! The only place that comes close to the Cape Cod in Bridgewater is the Surpream House of Pizza in Brockton on Center St.(route. 123) near BROCKTON Hospital. At Surpream House of Pizza I think you have a bigger Salad and the pizza's are right up there with the Cod, either way you can't go wrong. And if course "PLEASE TIP WELL" the young man and woman work harder than just what you see, they are polite on the phone, in person, and if for some reason something seems to have gone wrong with your order they fix it right away. Huge night for the staff at Cape Cod Cafe bridgewater. I accidentally threw my phone in the trash, didn’t realize it till I got home. I run my entire business off that cell phone and without it I would have been in a bad situation till a new phone was acquired. Anyway, I went back and explained my situation to the staff and they went thru the trash and located my phone for me. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for this level of effort, they could have told me the trash was in the dumpster and that would have been the end of it, instead these 2 young men strapped on a pair of gloves and went thru 2 trash bags for me and we located the phone. The original Cape Cod Cafe in Brockton used to have the best pizza hands down. I've recently tried out the one in Bridgewater but have found the pizza to be not as good (based on 2 different nights of service). Both times it has been extremely greasy and soggy even when I asked for it to be "crispy". The sauce is ok; not quite what I remember from the original Cape Cod Cafe. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again, but I will definitely go back to the original location in Brockton.
