The worse service I have ever experienced in my life. All three times. The first time I was told my food should be deliverers in about 35 minutes. Which I know can change even tho I’m a mile down the road. After an hour I called and they told me the driver just left or some confusing story. So after a hour and 25 minutes total my food came very cold and with a regular drink not a diet. Can’t have sugar. Driver gives me some kinda excuse that he’s been in traffic for 30 minutes. When telling him about the drink he questions me and then wants to see my receipt to make sure I actually wanted a diet. Don’t know why I’d lie about that. So he tells me he’ll get a diet for me. It literally took him 6 minutes to exchange the soda. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
So the second time I ordered I asked for my pork fried rice extra dark in my combination platter. Food takes a hour to get to me it’s actually hot this time and not dripping in grease but the rice is almost white and had no pork in it what so ever. I’m really not a picky eater. I called to make sure they took my order down correctly. They said yeah pork fried rice. I told them the issue and the girl on the phone sounded so nervous and said will have a manager call back. She calls back fifteen minutes later and tells me that they try there very hardest to give a good portion of rice and it’s not a garuntee to get so much pork as I would’ve liked. What?? So they made me seem like I was being picky and snouty and such. I told her I can come and bring the rice there and show them. She then tells me we can send in more rice but can you just give the rice back to the driver? How it’s in a combination plate? She tells me, well just put it in a bowl. One, I am at my office I don’t have bowls. Two, if I did I am not gonna send one of my bowls to a resturaunt. I explain this and she says she doesn’t know how they’d switch the rice then. I told her forget it I don’t care and hung up.
Manager calls me asks what’s the problem I explained I told him I’ll come in after work drop off their rice and get my money back or have them refund me to my card. He tells me he can’t refund my card but he can put a credit on my account for the next time I order and it’ll be $7 something or replace a item that price. Wanting to get rid of the whole situation I said sure and hung up.
Today I wanted place a order for lunch. After placing the order he tells me the credit is only for a small rice. I explained what happen he said no that’s not what it shows. You can talk to a manager in about 30 minutes. Lunch prices would have been over by that time so I mentioned that and the pricing he said I won’t be able to get a lunch price. He barley let me talk and so I just hung up because it’s ridiculous.
I advice everyone not to waste your money. The manager has still yet to call me back...
Read moreI ordered 4 combination plates, 1 pork fried rice , chicken fingers , pork strips and beef teriyaki . 2 pork fried rice , chicken wings and beef teriyaki . 3 white rice with chicken fingers and last one was beef fried rice chicken teriyaki and boneless spare ribs lean . also ordered a small beef and peapod . when i got home and took my food out of the bag , combination plate #1 was missing the chicken fingers and also combination plate #4 had beef teriyaki ( i ordered chicken teriyaki ) the non american lady was very ignorant to me and told me i ordered beef teriyaki for the last one when i said no i didnt . i dont eat the beef i only eat chicken teriyaki and i also had it write down on a paper so i wouldnt forget everyones order . she said she only missed one thing but i told her no you messed up my other plate and she kept screaming at me saying i said beef when i didnt . i order from here all the time i get the same plate every single time . but for the non american lady to tell me that i ordered something i dont eat is mind blowing . tell me why would i order beef teriyaki when i dont eat it . im going to show you what i wrote for the 1st and 4th order . i dont know how someone so ignorant to customers like she was still has a job when she is screaming on the top of her lungs . also isnt the first time she yelled on the top of her lungs to a customers because i witness it last week when i was in there picking up my order. Read moreSome post on F.B. The chicken chow mein should have been a gift, considering they screwed up the order and caused you to have to drive back to their restaurant. (I mean really, what did it cost them.......$1.00 or less?) Customer Service is a huge part of the restaurant business, and without it, you lose customers. I have had this happen at a take out place and they delivered the corrected order, when I offered to hand them back the wrong item they said no no no you keep that!. That is the sign of a respectable business that I will continue to patronize. A long time ago I was waiting for my order at Mee King, someone was picking up their order and wanted to use an expired coupon, they handled it so badly that I decided to never go there again, there is really no reason to nickel and dime people it makes no sense.
