Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Bridgewater

I started working nearby in Bridgewater 4 months ago and I've had Papa Gino's a few times for my lunch breaks.

No matter who I see, they are always incredibly friendly. The service has been really quick each time as well!

Yesterday (4/18) I went with my best friend and the Area Coach (I'm sorry we didn't catch his name but that's what his uniform said), was the one who took our order and he told us about the deals they offered and about being a rewards members.

What I appreciated so much about this encounter was that it was quick and smooth - he didn't make us stand there an awkward amount of time pressuring us into signing up for a rewards account like so many stores do - he just let us know it was an option, what the rewards are and wished us a good day.

Our pizza slices came out super fast and the lovely woman who brought it to us was also incredibly friendly. As we were leaving, my best friend needed a box and it was like they read our minds, the box was ready to go. We joked with the Area Coach about not taking advantage of the extra slices deal and told him we come pretty often and would definitely be back!

Also, I just wanted to say the staff are always friendly and welcoming no matter who we encounter. I've never used the bathrooms there but I can say confidently the dining area is...

Awful experience the past few times ordering at this papa ginos..but tonight is the last time i will order here. I only enjoy their steak n cheese subs ( only because of their pickles, and that is all i get on my sub... Not hard right?) and some sides usually.. So i order tonight and told the guy on the phone please make sure there are pickles on the sub and kindly told him i was not complaining but thats the only way i enjoy the sub and last time i ordered i didnt get any! So he repeated the order back.. Good👍.. Tells me 2 hours for delievery.. I get it snowed today.. But it really wasnt much snow. So i end up picking up the food. When i get there they girl up front told me they are just waiting for the breadsticks.. Everything else i ordered was in the warmer waiting. About 15 min go by and i had noticed a little earlier that my breadsticks were in the warmer right under my food. So FINALLY she opens the warmer and its right there the whole time, When she thought it was still cooking. Now it really wasnt that busy, so i dont understand the problem. So i get home, ready to eat the sub.. I get it open.. And... No pickles. Seriously!!!! How hard is putting pickles on a sub.. It is not like im ordering a very...

Undisclosed Fees. Ordering delivery for a $21 pizza and they throw in an undisclosed $4.99 delivery fee. They force you to pay beforehand over phone, not seeing the receipt, and never tell you about added fees. When contacting the manager Nate, he said, "Sorry, our policy is we don't have to tell you." He continued by saying, "Staff should've told me a total, so you can figure it out," which did not happened. He would not reverse the fee or allow me to speak to a higher supervisor. I realize $4.99 may not be a ton of money, but I know there are families that are struggling to make ends meet and can't afford unknown added costs, and that is why I took the time to post this review.

Added note, employee did however take time to prompt me to tip the driver before the delivery service, which is not how a tip should work. My driver was friendly and did receive...
