Such a strange experience. They took my card and charged me at the first window. Then refused to give my card and receipt back to me. The guy said it did not go through. After a while and I asked a second time for my card back he said hold on….. The employee then printed a duplicate receipt (it prints the words ‘duplicate receipt’ on the receipt). He kept my original receipt that was in his hand and gave me the duplicate. As though the transaction just happened….yeah it’s all strange. And straight face lied to me that the receipt was just printing now that we were waiting for that.
I don’t know what kind of game they were playing but it is not funny. A dinner for my family costs a lot of money. Even at kfc it’s $50… I don’t know what fun they were having but it was at my expense and I don’t appreciate it.
The employee ran my card and had the original receipt print out in his hand the whole time he was lying to me. Refusing to give my card back. To keep me sitting there. The whole time holding my already charged debit card. What is the game?
Why did I have to ask three times for my card back? Why did he keep my original receipt? Where they all inside getting a laugh at me? I don’t see any legitimate or any other explanation for this.

For the love of all that is holy, please never discontinue the grilled cheese burrito. It's literally the greatest thing that has come out of fast food since the volcano taco which ironically you're also responsible for. This grilled cheese burrito is more than just a delicious treat. It saves lives or one can assume it does. My band is working on a love song for the burrito because it deserves that level of affection. I doubt anyone will actually read this letter but I'm hoping someone says, "yo, we're selling a ton of them so let's just keep it on the menu forever". I had a nightmare last night where we pulled up to the drive thru and were informed that it was discontinued. I woke up with a terrible shake and needed to search the internet to validate whether my dream was real. Thank goodness it was only a dream but the world doesn't need that depression during our recent troubling times. Please just keep it forever. Read moreWe went to the combo KFC/taco bell Sunday evening. Since quarantine we have been going to this establishment once a week. Usually we have great service from the young man with blonde curly hair. Tonight we had a different server. When we pulled up to the speaker we were greeted with "what do you want". Everytime we added something he would say "drive up"... Well we are not finished with our family of four. When we approach the window there was not greeting and he took our card. He processed the payment and gave the card back without speaking. Due to his rudeness I asked to speak with a manager (call me Karen). His response... Ya sure. No sooner did the blonde gentleman, the awesome employee that we love, handed us our food and was pleasant. I asked him the order takers name and he told me it was Jordan, our receipt said Peter.
