Subway — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

Oh my gosh.... I've never received this kind of customer service ever before and especially at a Subway. My boyfriend and i came in today and Candice (Candace or Candyce maybe, sorry if I butchered her name!!) served us and she was seriously the sweetest woman ever !! She seemed to be the only one working the line (or working in general) yet it was kept clean and her customer service skills were amazing !! She went above and beyond to make sure our sandwiches were made correctly and neatly. I never do these reviews but this was the best customer service i’ve experienced in a while. I had went into this Subway to order a meatball sub, I know I had to use the bathroom but not so soon, I thought nothing of it until I had noticed this homeless looking man leave the bathroom 5 minutes prior, I had went into the bathroom and laid my eyes upon this sickening discovery. Luckily one of the nicest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting named Ryan cleaned this up so quick and efficiently, I watched him get on all fours and lick it inside out till there was no spot left, even being so selfless as to crease his Jordan 1's. I walked into this Subway and immediately regretted it. The place was filthy—floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days, tables were covered in crumbs, and the whole place had a weird, musty smell. It was honestly disgusting.

There was only one employee working, and they clearly didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just a nasty look like I was inconveniencing them by walking in.
