Update: I submitted a complaint with DD corporate. Corporate resopnded very quickly to let me know they let the specific branch know of the complaint. I got a poorly worded, brief email from (im guessing the owner?) in the email, the person not once stated who they were, but they let me know that "this is a common problem for the staff and he has addressed it before. So in my complaint, I had addressed several issues, inconsistency, no receipts and being charged for items that you didnt actually order. So what issue have you had to address with the staff? and if this is a continuous issue, why are those specific employees still working there? I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with this location, with how they handled a complaint and the overall experience. I know each branch is different, but this specific location has turned me off of DUNKIN for good.
This is the WORST dunkin ever. The orders are always different. Order something one day it's totally different from the next. The rarely get an order correct and to top it off , they're stealing your money. Be sure to get your receipts from them, they never voluntarily give it to you, you need to ask. They have a habit of charging you for expresso shots that you never ordered. They are rude and also they don't take proper precautions. They don't wear their masks and I've even seen someone wipe their nose with their hands and go back to touching good and drinks. It would get 0...
Read moreCoffee is meant to be the lifeblood of a mission. A ration that restores stamina, sharpens focus, and reminds you why you keep moving. Dunkin’, at its best, can provide that: hot coffee, a quick bite, efficiency in motion. But at this location, the strand collapsed.
The staff here are not allies. They are not Otacon on the codec, offering guidance in the middle of chaos. They are disengaged, careless, operating without rhythm or urgency. The energy is one of dismissal—transactions rushed, orders mangled, and customers treated as though their presence is an intrusion. It is the opposite of hospitality.
The food and coffee, already standardized, suffer further when paired with this lack of care. A cup of coffee can be salvation if handed with intention. Here, it is just liquid in a cup, stripped of meaning. The experience feels not like a checkpoint, but like a glitch—an encounter you wish you could skip.
In Metal Gear Solid, even enemy soldiers had spirit—snippets of conversation, glimpses of humanity. Here, there is none. Just a hollow loop of bad service.
One star. Because Dunkin’ should be a pit stop of reliability, but this location transforms it into frustration.
Coffee should revive you. Here,...
Read moreBy far the worst dunkin I’ve been too. Was there yesterday 12/10/24. Went through the drive through and order two coffees and a snack n bacon. My bacon had hair in it which yes I was upset about but went in and asked for a new one. Second bacon had hair on it as well. When I told them I wasn’t eating that and asked for my money back they got extremely rude and told me it was my hair and then proceeded to throw money at me. I understand things happen and it won’t be the first or last time I find a piece of hair in my food. I worked in fast food for 4 years trust me I get thing do happen but the fact that it happened twice was extremely disgusting. After walking out another customer was seen yelling in there and when he came out he proceeded to tell me that the bacon I had just gave back for the 2nd time and TOUCHED with my fingers he watched them put into his bag that still had the hair on it ! Never will I ever return to this...
