Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Yesterday10/22 I placed an online order for 3 pizzas to be picked up 10/23 @ 11:30am. After placing the order I called the store numerous times with no one picking up to confirm my order and a change I needed to make. I then went up to the store a few hours later and was greeted by a man behind the counter in flip flops who had no idea how to check on my order. He got the owner who helped me cancel the existing order and showed me how to replace my order in the app for pick the next day. The owner then confirmed my order, printed out the receipt and and told me everything was good. Now today I called their store over 20 times and no one picked up. The app said my order was still in the confirmed status. Go to pick up the food up at the scheduled time and the doors are locked with the lights out. No one was in the store and the sign on the door says open at 11am. Can’t even cancel the order on the app either and still no one is picking up the phone almost 2 hours later. I hate this Little Caesars location. This is 3rd time I've had a problem here. I contacted corporate, who then had the owner contact me... who did absolutely nothing. This time it was a simple problem, but either way you look at it, it was a problem. I ordered the pepperoni puffs. Welp, apparently they only had cheese. Instead of telling me that, he let me pick up my order, and find out it was wrong on my own. So I went back in, and he had no idea what he was talking about. First he said pepperoni is only 4-6 pm. Then he said no pepperoni today. It's always an astronomical wait time, and somethings always wrong, or undercooked. This is my local caesars, so yeah I did keep trying. I won't anymore. I would honestly give them no stars, I ordered through door dash and the restaurant took it upon them selves to change my order without asking, so I called them to let them know I didn't order what was brought, the store manager was very unprofessional, told me that they had to make dough for their crazy bread, okay no problem, when the door dash driver went to pick up the correct food I received a call from the store that they still didn't have dough ready almost an hour later, I told them I would get a refund because this is ridiculous, almost 3 HOURS LATER, I RECEIVED MY BREAD STICKS. this location is trash and the way the manager spoke to me is to, she definitely should not be in a...
