Where do I start? You walk into the restaurant and you can see your breath. The staff stated that it is difficult to regulate the temperature because the door continues to open and close. It is hard to understand that methodology as when you enter the restaurant you walk through a vestibule before entering the main area. This tells me that they did not have the heat on. We proceeded to order our meal, "personal breakfast pizza", chicken soup, toasted ravioli, and cheese garlic bread. As we waited at our table, the owner's son was sitting to our left, playing a game on his phone so loud that I could not hear the people at my table. I knew this was the owner's son as he brought out food for him indicated to other patrons who the child was. Our food came out together, which should be expected. The breakfast pizza was soggy which tells me they had cooked the pizza with one of the toppings (ham, bacon, sausage) frozen. The eggs looked like they were cooked separately and then placed on the pizza towards the end of the cooking process, which made the pizza look horrible (See picture) This is NOT how breakfast pizza is cooked. The raw egg is placed on the pizza with the other ingredients during prepping and cooked at the same time. The Toasted ravioli, had zero filling (See pictures). They were super small and not worth the money. The chicken soup had zero flavor and the garlic bread was a hoagie roll toasted with garlic butter and very little cheese. With the restaurant as cold as it was outside (35 degrees) and the poor quality of the food with a price tag of $38.00, La Vera Pizza was not worth it.

The claim “seen on ABC” on the box is laughable. Two cheese pies for $28 that were burnt, barely had a crust, and were mushy as hell between the crust and cheese? That’s not just disappointing—it’s an insult to pizza lovers everywhere. Your so-called pizza was a culinary disaster. Seriously, reconsider your line of business. It’s clear you have no clue what you’re doing.

Got a Margherita half pepperoni & some mozzarella fries. Wish I took a picture of the fries they were loaded with cheese and cooked perfectly. The pizza was great!! Definitely going to be trying some other menu items

The staff here is always friendly, and they're knowledgeable about their products. Service is always fast. Their food is amazing. I absolutely love their California burger and their pasta is fantastic. They have the best long rolls. You can't beat their prices for the high quality of food. I highly recommend La Vera.

Update - the food quality here has gone downhill. Overcooked/mushy pasta, had order replaced only to have more overcooked pasta. Pizza seems undercooked and watery. And chicken wings have had feathers on them on more than one occasion. They're local and I keep ordering on hopes the food will get...

Very disappointed... went here twice in a row, because I’ve always loved their food and had some small issues but this was my deal breaker... I went there order chicken finger platter.. shrimp wrap and buffalo fries. They didn’t give me the right price when I asked and we got there they changed the price on us.. okay one time, but the second time... no.. I asked to pay over the phone.. and they wrote down my debit card info on a piece of paper and left it on the counter!!! And then told me the wrong price again when I asked.. and then changed the price without telling me.....
