Mauricio’s Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Bristol Township

We order from here regularly and have for years, but won’t be anymore. We called and placed our regular order for delivery tonight and when the order arrived it was the wrong dish. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and received spaghetti and meatballs. When we called to inform them that the order was wrong, we were met with an attitude. Long story short, they sent the delivery driver back to pick up the incorrect spaghetti and meatball dish before they’d refund us for their mistake. Mistakes happen, but the attitude wasn’t necessary. Furthermore, I’d be apprehensive about eating from a restaurant that goes to pick up food that sat in someone’s house. I really hope they’re not reserving it to someone else.

Update: the owner, who was very sweet, did call to apologize for his son’s behavior and lack of customer service. We still won’t be ordering again after tonight. The son was totally out of line and has a lot to learn about business. He should have been the one to call...

So I went there with my friend and started to order a cheesesteak pizza. My friend asked the cashier if the cheesesteak pizza had white or red sauce on it, the cashier said white. Then my friend and I had a whole conversation about how her kids don't like white sauce and to make sure it had red sauce right in front of her and then changed the order to a 24" western pizza without the green peppers. We received the pizza with white sauce. Then when I called them and politely explained the situation, the cook insisted that we said we wanted white sauce and said all he could do was give us some tomato sauce to put on top. The pizza cost $31 with tax. The pizza was fine for me but i feel we made it very clear what we wanted and for this price, we should receive...

The first time there were no issues. The second was where things went wrong it felt like I was dealing with a totally different business. I called too complain about the order I received there were things missing from my order. The person the phone was dismissive at best saying I didn't order what I said I ordered. I asked to speak with a manger unfortuneatly that was who I was speaking with. I then asked to speak with the owner that was refused. I asked to return the food too get a refund that was denied. I recorded the manger saying they don't serve pork at this restaurant, the menu has ham, sasuage bacon and pepperoni. I have never found this too not be true if you lie you'll steal,...
