The short: Product did not fit as described, shipping and communication was terrible, no refund was issued after shipping the item back.
The story: I ordered 4 hub centric rings to fit BBS wheels onto a Tesla Model S. Their website claims they ship same day or next day. These were shipped 5 days after I ordered...ok fine, I can wait, no problem. They arrive and I take one of my wheels off the car (I have a home car jack so I can only take one off at a time) to test it out. I immediately see that the item does not fit as described since the wheel did not lay flush with the hub on the car. I remove the ring, place it back in the bag with the other three, and email them to start the return process. Five more days go by before they get back to me with return info and the news that they will only refund 3 of the 4 rings since one was used...again, ok fine, it didn't work as described but whatever, I'll at least get some of my money back for something that I won't use. I ship the items back, pay another $15 in shipping, and wait 10 days to hear back from them. They reply back saying they found evidence that all four rings were used and they will not issue the return. At this point I'm livid and reply back with the exact thing you are reading now. They denied it, essentially calling me a liar and said they will dispose of the item unless I want to play shipping costs to have it returned. Just terrible business over refunding $35 to someone who has just spent $65 on something that was mislabeled, dangerous to install, and still doesn't have the product they wanted in the first place. Hand written by them on my drop of receipt. 4 months later I gave up and went to pick it back up to try to fix it myself/ find someone else. What I picked up was a generator, non running, missing carburetor parts, broken pull cord. I asked about the condition and they said because itās been here so long they canāt be responsible for it, but it was only their waiting on them to fix it. Discussed I picked it up and took it home, ordered a new pull cord and installed it a few days later. It was extremely hard to pull over, like the handle would pull out of your hands. I looked at the previous pull cord and seen it was shattered like broke. I donāt know what they did to do this but Iāve owned it for 7 years and never had a problem pulling it over. I took it to another shop who fixed it within 3 hours on the same day. They said ā itās really upsetting hearing all the problems and seeing all the hack work that comes from that so called businessā I will not be coming back and would advise anyone who likes there equipment in 1 piece and running well...

I was sold at the dealership to upgrade to a RB200 and I tried to use the BT200X kit anyway. It did not fit, so I reached out to OMB Warehouse and Eric helped me solve the issue. They were in the process of designing a stage 1 kit for the RB200 and Eric put me on the email list to receive a notification when it was in stock. I also got a great recommendation for an upgraded carburetor and rejetting it because I live at 6500 feet elevation and usually operate my mini bike at much higher elevations while camping. I received the package in a matter of a few days and installed the kit today. The bike runs great! It is much snappier, higher top speed, and just feels a lot more responsive.
