I dropped my generator off about 3-1/2 month’s ago. Was told around 4 weeks. Months later I get a call from an employee who I can barely hear, saying they broke my pull cord and need more money before they continue testing. The way it was handled rubbed me the wrong way, I had a bad feeling from the beginning, after I heard that they broke my generator and need more money I decided to just pull it out of there.
