My husband and I went to this location to get the new iPhone 16 and as soon as we walked in, they had accessories laid out, but we politely declined. The manager or assistant manager, Iām not sure what his title was because he didnāt introduce himself, but I do know his name was Anthony and he held up the T-Mobile trackers. āTheyāre almost like AirTags is what was explained to us and said that he wasnāt going to put those back because they were free of charge.ā Thatās fine, so we proceeded to try to get a promotion to trade in our phones, but it did not work, but with my phone plan, I was able to use the JUMP to upgrade our Phones. He condescendingly says āoh well you should lead with that. We donāt even remember that thatās an option because thatās discontinued on phone plans nowā whatever I brushed IT off, then we got our phones we get them all synced up. And I go home and Iām looking at At the knock off Apple AirTags that are new to T-Mobile and they have phone numbers on themā¦. Thought to myself thatās odd. so I see that i have text messages that were sent to me and it says thank you for your signature now mind you I didnāt sign anything!! They Didnāt explain anything to me about these knock off Apple AirTags at the end of the transaction. They just said how great they were and how they use them. Never once did they explain how they count as lines on the phone plan that are extra 10$ a month ontop of 2$ for the device. I show my husband who used to work for a phone carrier. I tell him I donāt remember signing for these to be authorized (we upgrade our phones often) he says thatās not right they shouldnāt be adding a line without telling us and we shouldāve signed something for them to be able to print out a receipt so we call and the T-Mobile representatives did take care of it for us over the phone. So my husband did end up going back to the store to return the devices and Anthony and Jasmine the other manger or assistant manager were not there. But apparently Anthony and Jasmine are training the other associates to sign peopleās names so they can just print out the receipt without explaining what they are agreeing to, so when Jasmine had signed my name ILLEGALLY I was agreeing to a 24 month Contract with these knock off Apple AirTags, and adding two lines to my bill mind you itās just me and my husband and we have a one year-old. We donāt need four lines on our phone bill. With all of that being said I WANT TO WARN YOU to NOT GO to this location the two gentlemen that were there when my husband went to fix the issue were very sorry and Fixed everything and they tried to offer their services but we declined. NEVER AGAIN have I ever had this happen in the 10 years Iāve been with Tmobile. Itās a big waste of your time and they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI cannot express how utterly disgusted and infuriated I am with my recent experience at the T-Mobile store. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 11 years, and this visit has left me questioning my decision to ever associate with this company again.
I went to the store with the simple intention of purchasing a new iPhone 14 because my old one was becoming unreliable. Little did I know that this routine transaction would escalate into an absolute nightmare. I requested an iPhone 14, a straightforward request that should have taken minutes to fulfill.
To my shock, as soon as I left the store, I received a notification that "Google One 2TB 15" had been added to all four of my phone lines. This unauthorized addition costs $15 per month per line, which adds up to a staggering $60 per month extra on my bill! I NEVER consented to this, and it was added without my knowledge or permission.
Furious, I immediately contacted T-Mobile customer service to rectify this outrageous situation and have these unauthorized additions removed from my phone lines. However, my nightmare didn't end there. The very next day, I received a text message informing me that another line had been added to my family plan. This so-called "home internet service" was yet another fraudulent addition that I neither requested nor needed. T-Mobile, you have a serious problem on your hands!
The receipt from this dreadful experience lists the sales representative as #309, who had the audacity to claim they were the store's manager. If this is how the supposed "manager" conducts business, it's no wonder this store has a history of multiple complaints. Numerous customers have been forced to seek resolution at other T-Mobile locations due to issues they had no part in creating.
This store's blatant disregard for customers' trust and financial well-being is inexcusable. The addition of fraudulent services to phone plans without consent is not only unethical but also illegal. I am taking this matter to corporate and will not rest until this store is held accountable for its reprehensible actions.
In conclusion, I recommend to anyone reading this review to AVOID this T-Mobile store at all costs. If this means going to another location or exploring other mobile service providers, so be it. T-Mobile, you must address and rectify this issue immediately, or risk further tarnishing your already fragile reputation. Your loyal customers deserve better than this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBe careful when they promise you a promotion for trade ins! I was told by a worker named Micheal That I would be getting 600 towards 2 iPhone 8pluses. But my screens were cracked so they said they wonāt accept damaged phones for trade insā¦So he told me I should call sprint to see if they would honor the trade in because I was a customer for some time. Sprint said sure they will take the damage phones for trade ins. So I thought great worked out perfectly. 7 months later no promotion added to my account.Customer service was useless and the guy who sold me the phone acted like he didnāt recognize me when I came in. He said he would look into it I never heard from him again. I had to reach out to the executive branch to get my promotion added. I was over paying 60$ A month ! Absolutely ridiculous I had to jump through hoops to get what I was promised! Customer service response was that they told me the wrong information so that I will not get a promotion! Unbelievable. If they told me the wrong information that is not my problem the company is responsible for the negligence of the workers. With that being said A lady called my from the executive branch and handled it within 2 minutes. But it took months of frustration and time out of my schedule to get to the bottom of the problem. Make sure you get everything in writing before you leave that store!Never trusting another sales associate again after...
