This is the WORST McD's in the TriCities. I stopped at this location some time back. They were unable to scan the coupons from the app. Indicated unable to connect to internet? Cashier got another lady to come over, who also did not just adjust the price for the $ off coupon. When I pointed it out, went to get the manager. Who was very offending as he questioned the problem to start then went into verbal disagreement as far as what the staff did and said "I am trying to accommodate you." No you are not accommodating me as your store never can scan the coupons from the app. We back to this location last week. Ordered 4 Big Macs (no special requests for this order) Got home and all 4 were missing Mac sauce. We were unable to eat so we tossed them out. I stopped in on Saturday to bring to their attention the issue with the recent purchase being made wrong. Same manager came out, said so are you wanting them all replaced? I said just checking to see what you all would do since we couldn't eat them. Said he wasn't going to argue with me and took his wallet out and swiped his own bank card for the transaction of $16.56. Received the new burgers, walked out to the car only to see the same manager running out to question if I was the same lady that had a problem with a frappe some time back? I looked at him a bit confused as he is outside the store questioning me on my store feedback on a survey I did. He said you know "you said it got verbal?" You remember? I said no it wasn't a problem with the frappe, it was a problem that you all couldn't scan the coupons on the app. He raised his voice and said I just paid $20... I stopped him and said no it was $16.56 and you are way out of line here! I explained this is the WORST McDonalds in the Tri Cities area and I will NOT be back to this location! He said I am not going to argue..... Again I reminded him he was out of line. He said, ok I will leave it with "have a blessed day." I contacted the person that I was told is the owner of this location as well as the corporate office. So far, no response from either. I thought the whole purpose for survey is to give them feedback on the good and the bad. The bad they will know where they need to improve and can fix it. Read moreCoupon users and Mcmuffin eaters beware!!!! This Mcdonalds has always been one of my favorites but lately IDK if they changed manager's but it has gone down hill. A week ago my Boyfriend and I were spending the day moving my furniture back and forth from KP to Bristol. He was set on eating Mcdonalds for lunch. We went inside and for some reason the app kept saying "sorry, something went wrong" so I asked the cashier if they would honor the buy one get one Fry coupon (btw, we were probably spendong 20$+ on lunch so a free fry wouldn't have been a big deal....). I showed them the coupon but the "scan at Restaurant" button wouldn't pull up the code. The cashier called over the manager who proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me because he didn't "run the app" so I would need to contact McDonalds. I said "you all always honor the coupons" he kept telling me no until my BF and I ended up elaving and going to the KP location where they gave me no issues! This morning I went there to get an Egg Mcmuffin and as you can see by the picture it was burnt..... Tried to call and the phone was busy. Read moreOn the first visit we ordered 4 combos for our family and even though the order was typed in correctly 3 of the 4 orders were incorrect. How do you mess up plain just meat and cheese? At window 2 we are asked to pull up, which I was reluctant to pull up to wait on the order. The employee stated all food is made fresh to order and we are waiting on fries. So we pull to wait, get the order, fries are far from fresh along with 3 if 4 sandwiches messed up. It's fine, I didn't want to complain about my burger and I picked onions off his burger, but when I saw why my child didn't eat her burger which was rubbery and tough, like it'd been sitting in a warmer all day, I made the call back to the restaurant. The manager on duty Ashley was very kind and replaced everything. Moral of the story: check your order ALWAYS before you leave no matter whether or not you're in a hurry, including double checking any special order sandwiches. Lastly, when we got our corrected order it was fine for us to wait because we were told we were getting all fresh food and it was really good.
