Two issues: First, I placed a call ahead order, as their website suggested, for an $11.99 crab cake platter. I realized the next day, today, (wasn’t given a receipt) that I was charged over $28. Contacted them and was told that prices have gone up and they haven’t gotten around to updating their website. “Prices subject to change.” I understand that seafood is often subject to market costs, but the menu needs to reflect that AND the cost should’ve been stated when I paid for my purchase. Was greeted by the friendly cashier clerk, she was the example all employees should try to emulate. She introduced me to Pete, as friendly as an owner can be. Even met the cook who modeled the shirt!
