Their food is fine. The one star is for deceptive practices and customer service. The prices on their latest menu and on their website are identical. However, when you call in an order their computer has... "the newer, higher prices that they are going to be charging but haven't had a chance to update on the website or new menus". WHAT??

That's what I was told when I ordered $56 worth of food on the phone and was told my total was $65. I went in to pick-up and showed them their matching online prices and menu prices. That's when they gave me that ridiculous explanation about "new prices due to the pandemic". Those invisible prices that are no where to be seen EXCEPT in their computer.

The owner wouldn't come to the counter to speak to me. Instead, the girl at the register went back and forth between me and him with the information and lame explanation. Changing prices is fine but at the very least update your website and don't argue with the customer. You're not the only take-out joint in town.

Ultimately I used a $5 coupon and the owner reluctantly reduced the price so, in the end I paid $2 more than expected. We don't order out too often, but when we do it won't...

Not one to write reviews but had to after what we just dealt with. Absolutely HORRIBLE in all aspects. We use to love their food & would order from them at least 2 times a month. Now we will NEVER order from them again. This was the first time we experienced a mistake from them and tried to reach out (about our order being inedible. Horrible quality. Not what we are normally use to) they handled it so poorly and tried to place the blame on us?? It’s a shame. I would go into more detail on how wrong they handled things but I don’t think anyone has the time. We loved them. Until now. Been ordering from here a while now, tonight was a awful experience. Ordered a well done plain cheese and a Sicilian with half pepperoni and half plain. While pepperoni does create extra grease the fact it looks like the pepperoni was just thrown in a pile not to mention seems the delivery drive was making fast turns bc the cheese was all over. The Sicilian wasn’t well done like requested and the fact it was coming out of the bottom of the box is a huge issue. I picked up a slice of Sicilian and it wasn’t even crispy it was so flimsy after allowing 20 minutes to cool that the toppings slid right off. Very disappointing and will not be ordering...
