You can find some amazing deals on designer clothing. I found many designer brand garments to refresh my fall/winter wardrobe, from cashmere sweaters and overcoats to pajamas!
The one thing I highly recommend, though, fully read their policies on purchases and returns, and do not use the quick-buy options to purchase things - always read the full descriptions on their website. They do sell garments with defects and damages and they put that in the product descriptions. You will not see that information if you use the quick-buy options, and it is not apparent in the item's title or pictures. You can return items, but you must pay a return fee. Since you also pay for shipping, it can cost more to return an item than what you paid for it.
When you receive the items, inspect them all very closely and do not remove or throw away any of the labels or tags until you are sure you will keep it and there's nothing wrong with the item(s) - other than what was listed in the descriptions (if it had noted defects). If you toss the labels, they may not accept the return or will reduce the amount of the refund.
I had an experience recently where a rather expensive cashmere-blend coat arrived with a burn mark that was not identified in the description. At first, they were not going to issue a return/refund, but I asked them to reconsider and provided more details. Fortunately, they did issue the RMA and gave a full refund after they received the coat back, which restored some of my confidence in shopping with them again...
Read moreI am very thankful for finding Bristol Apparel. You've heard the expression too good to be true? Well it's actually true. I'm a guy that needs occasional dress clothes for work. Suits, jackets, blazers, slacks/pants. I like good quality at an attractive price. The selection in department stores is usually very limited and prices very high. Online, it has become very difficult to find what I am looking for at the right price. I stumbled on Bristol through their eBay listings. I found a Nautica Men's cotton suit for under $60. Seemed too good to be true. I found their direct site. I received 20% off (bought more than 3 items) and received free shipping (total over $100). I placed the order. I received plenty of email confirmations regarding order and shipping. I'd say the package arrived in about 3 business days. One item was missing. I emailed them and even called. They were polite on the phone and shipped me the missing item the same day. It arrived in a few days. I placed a second order. This time one item was missing and one item was included that I did not order. I communicated with them via email. They are shipping me the missing item. I started a return and received a free USPS return label. I highly recommend trying out this company. It's like having the largest men's department store clearance section at your disposal. Crazy good. Very thankful...
Read moreActually had a sudden role change at work. I went from needing everyday casual workwear to now having to meet a strict dress code for business office attire. I was able to get fully kitted out by shopping 100% online from Bristol Apparel. Their prices cannot be beat and I was lucky enough where I did not have to do any alterations whatsoever. Admittedly I reluctantly made my first purchase using a visa gift card because I thought the prices were too good to be true and this was some sort of scam site. However I was VERY pleased when my order came in about 5 days. No regrets whatsoever and I would highly recommend them especially if you are shopping on a tight budget but you still want quality and current style options. I am a 5' 10" man almost 50 years old currently weighing in the mid 240 lbs range. Size 11.5 W wide foot. I can't recall if they sell shoes. I did not...
