Food was good as always.. ordered pick up and picked up thru the drive thru today.. the order was 20 some dollars and some change. I handed the young blonde chick in the window $100 and she gave me two 20s, one 10, three 1s, and a quarter back then said she would have to get our 3 pennies, I told her not to worry about the pennies. That equaled out to be 53 and some change.. when she owed 73 and change. We called to let them know her mistake and the manager put her on the phone in which she became argumentative in saying she gave three 20s which in fact did not. We told her to have the manager count her drawer and she would be $20 over.. she replied pretty much saying the manager could do that and we could come back and they'd prove us wrong... Not that she would be honest that her drawer is 20 over because she couldn't even admit she had made a mistake in shorting us our money. What restaurant allows their employees to short their customers on their change and then allow them to be rude and tell us to come back to the store and they'd pretty much prove us wrong? Why drive all the way back to the store just to argue then them more than likely call the police? That's insanity. Teach your employees to take accountability when making a mistake instead of being rude when they're called out for it. Accountability goes a long way and that's something this little girl clearly never learned. We will not be eating at a place anymore that won't make it right when their employees make a mistake. From the other "owner replies" it's a bunch of "we will take your complaint very seriously and learn from it" or "hopefully you give us another chance next time" like why give you all another chance when you don't offer to make it right??...

Please keep in mind that this review is based off of one time that I went, and from two different dishes. One that I had, and one my husband had.

I ordered the chicken with artichoke dish. The chicken was absolutely amazing! Tender and seasoned very well. It was delicious. However the rice that came with it, was very reminiscent to the rice you get in a bag ready to cook at the grocery store. In fact, it tasted exactly the same. It was very disappointing.

I had also ordered green beans and tomato sauce as one of my side dishes, however the servers there do not write anything down and attempt to remember everything you say. Because of this I was brought broccoli as my side dish instead. Thankfully the broccoli was very tasty.

My husband ended up getting a spinach dish wrapped in a flaky crust. Unfortunately there was nothing special about the flaky crust, and some of it was very overcooked and therefore hard to cut through and even hard to chew. The insides however did taste very good. He also got rice as one of his side dishes which he also did not eat because it just doesn't taste very good. His other side dish was actually the green beans and tomato sauce that I had originally wanted, so I at least got to try it. Sadly this was also a let down, as it tasted just like green beans from a can topped with spaghetti sauce from a can. It was very plain.

We had also ordered the hummus and pita bread as an appetizer, but again, just plain normal hummus and pita bread, nothing special to see here.

The coffee was good and our waitress was very nice and a very...

About 5:30 yesterday I had to go to Mad Greek and pick up an order, It was the worse customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life!! The first thing when I came in, A girl was breaking her neck to look the opposite way of me walking passed the register in whichever I was standing right on the other side. She made it beyond obvious that she was trying to ignore me! Than there were two other girls at the corner of the register just having a conversation and more employees behind me just standing there talking! No one bothered to help me for a good 20 minutes and than I began laughing outloud because I just found it so funny that such a nice place had the worse customer service I have ever dealt with! I was standing there looking around at every employee not doing there jobs and ignoring me! Finally someone in the kitchen who was actually working had asked another employee, An employee in which she was also one of the ones working to help me on top of all the other work she was juggling when there was SEVERAL employees who were doing absolutely nothing and could have been helping me. I only noticed two of them actually doing work and one male with a hat on doing work! Everyone else were having outloud conversations about their lives and avoiding attending to a customer at the register in which was me! It is so sad the terrible customer service behind a restruant that is suppose...

I have heard some phenomenal things about mad Greek and I met a waitress who worked at a mad Greek and she told me about a couple of the dishes so I had to finally try it out I was beyond excited to finally eat at a mad Greek restaurant it definitely did not disappoint, everything on the menu sounded so wonderful, I had a hard time choosing, I might be partially biased Greek food is one of my favorites, the feta dip was out-of-this-world, they're tzatziki sauce was so delicious I have had many of many gyros but their sauce was so great, the Greek green beans were so delicious, they were paired with tomatoes, everything on my plate was better than I expected it to be, can't wait to go back to try more dishes and especially the mad veggie pizza, I was astonished to see how big the pieces of baklava were, I ate half of my plate so I could save some room for dessert, I really wanted a piece of everything, but the seasonal praline pumpkin cheesecake won

The first thing that draws you to this place is the outdoor Greek-inspired eating area, with a fountain and terracotta roof tiles. The gargantuan cakes at the counter make your mouth water while you wait to be seated. It was extremely busy -- granted, it was a warm Friday night, so it's to be expected. They said the wait to be seated was about 20 minutes -- we were seated in under 10 minutes, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly despite the massive rush. Despite being a Greek restaurant, the menu options seemed more Italian with a hint of Greek. I ordered the Greek Chicken with a side of broccoli and pasta salad, all of which was very tasty. Very reasonably priced for the amount and quality; the pizzas we saw being carried out of the kitchen looked and smelled delicious - if I was in the area again, I'd order the pizza. Would definitely recommend -- especially for the cakes 😉

We stopped in for dinner this past Saturday evening with a large party of 12. I had made reservations about a week prior, and within a few minutes, they had us seated and mentioned that once the table next to us leaves, they can push that table together to give us more room. This was our first time eating here but some of our party had eaten here before and spoke highly of this restaurant. We came from South Carolina to visit and were blown away by how delicious the food was. My son and I both ordered the gyro meal, and my daughter got the kids fettuccine alfredo. My fiance ordered a calzone and ended up getting a stromboli but really enjoyed it. Overall, the service and food were fantastic. We try and come back and visit friends and family about twice a year, and we will definitely be back.
