I made an online order and it told me order would be ready for pickup at 420 I ordered before 4pm. I walk in order not ready yet, cool I sit down for awhile then I’m told they are out of a product cool I am frustrated from having to wait 40 mins for 2 burgers and tots then to be told out of an order. So I ask for a substitute and what they offered I didn’t think was a fair trade for what I ordered. When ask if I could get a different item I was told the manager would have to approve it waitress walks back loud enough I heard her say he wants to you now and she walks out attitude ready. I explain what I was talking to waitress about and she proceeds to tell me how busy they were and they are out of biscuits for the item I wanted so I slowed down and asked if they could do me a customer a trade for inconvenience of not telling me they were out of an item and no way of a refund because of online order. They did do the trade great but when I finally got my order I said to the manager I was sorry if I came across rude expecting her to say sorry for inconveniencing me and you know be nice. She said we give attitude when it’s given??!! But hey I got a smile while she was being rude to me I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this place in this town or the other establishments. Read moreI usually eat at this boomarang diner but this last time my family and I went they didnt do that great of a job... We ordered our food I always get the same meal when I go they brought me out the wrong meal and she said I am sorry I told the cook what you wanted but I guess this is what you get and it bothered me because if she told the cook what I wanted why didnt he di it and why couldn't she take my food back and she is not new ive seen her many times I think it was both her fault and the cooks they need to work together and communicate with eachother better that is what makes a team I miss the old crew the cook was great and the girls got along and loved serving customers I had a total 4 waitresses that weighted on us on Sunday and I kept asking them not to set the drinks forks or hot plates RIGHT INFORNT OF MY 11 MONTH OLD! No matter how many times I asked them not to they continued to lay out hot food and cold drinks Forks butter knifes right infront of her so that is another example of poor team work.... If they'd only have one person weighting on a table it would be much simpler but they had 4. I understand they were busy but they didnt even check up on us for refills or to go boxes. Read moreWaitresses are very rude. They messed up our drink order 2-3 times, and when we complained and asked for the correct order, they just kind of stared at us and acted like we were the problem. Their sprite or starry was carbonated water, their Dr. Pepper was also off. We informed their soda machine might be out and they acted like we were idiots. I understand they were short staffed, but to go behind the counter and tell another customer that “people are being rude today,” people being customers, is completely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. It’s one thing to have a bad day, it’s another to blame customers with wrong orders for it. Maybe Bristow has different standards where I am from, but this place takes the crown for worst establishment I have ever dined at.
