Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bristow

Very disappointed..I went into the pizza hut in Bristow, Oklahoma this evening. I was with a friend and her granddaughter they ordered a ckn alfredo pizza and ckn wings, tgey were told they were out of the chicken for the pizza, so the ordered a different pizza, I ordered the spaghetti w/ garlic bread. After waiting 10-15 minutes my spaghetti was brought to the table, I gave the waitress some time to bring the garlic bread because it would have been rude for me to eat before my friend and her granddaughter about 10 minutes later the girls brings out the food they ordered, I asked about my garlic bread she told me they were out, I told her she should have told me that when I ordered and I would have got something else, she offered no discount. I tempted to eat the spahgetti, it wasn't done. After several minutes I took the spaghetti to the counter because she completely ignored us and told her It wasn't done and with no bread I was only getting half of my order, so she could take that off of my ticket that I will get a salad instead. She said ok, I got a plate and started to get a salad but she came over and said they were going to reheat the spaghetti, I told her no because there was no bread to go with it. At that point I'm mad and went back to the table, a few minutes went by and a different girl bring me the dried spaghetti, I again told her I didn't want it. I then asked for the manager's # since there was no manager on duty. I spoke with him, ended up getting a very small salad because the salad bar was a wreck and most of the tins were about empty. The manager told the cashier not to charge us for anything. He did ask if I wanted anything other than a salad, at that point I was just ready to leave. The Pizza Hut Classic is located on Route 66 in Bristow. When I pulled in, I felt like I was going to the Pizza Hut I celebrated at, as a youth in the 80s in Broken Arrow. The dining room is dark the way you remember and cozy with big tables. They have something for everyone as pictured in the menu. There is a salad bar too. Pictured are a small supreme thick crust with extra sausage, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese which I call "The Robert". I had a slice and it is a very savory and creamy flavored pizza. I enjoyed the sauce and the cheese is mild and goes well. The crust is how I remember, lightly golden, airy and doughy. I'd recommend this to your carnivore. The great thing about this combination is that the savory sauce soaks up in the dough for a perfect bite each time. Then there is an individual personal pan thin crust jalapeno, pineapple, and cheese pizza. A perfect 4 small slices to share as an appetizer or have as a personal choice. Then a small personal pan pizza hand tossed crust of sausage and cheese. This is mom's go-to (and why I landed here today). She loves their sausage because it is not the spicy kind and this is her 3rd reorder. Then there was the amazing ultra spicy super hot 6 pack of dripping yummy hot buffalo wings. That was for me and they were everything they claimed. I will get again anytime.. Our bill was less than $26. I started to sweat (happily) after the second one. I am cleaning up as I jot this down. I think this Bristow Pizza Hut Classic is a nice local destination where good times...

How in the holy hell could this place be rated at 4 stars is beyond me. Pizza was horrid and undercooked. We asked for our appetizer BEFORE our pizza, and guess what? It comes after the pizza with a look of disgust from the 18 year old server. Got no silverware, had to go get it ourselves, no condiments, no return visit from the waitress. My wife and I each ordered a medium pizza and we both could only choke down a slice each because it was so gross. It didn’t look like there was one adult there babysitting these children and it showed. The inside dining was dirty and gross and menus were actually disgusting. You ask, how can a menu be disgusting? Go to this Pizza Hut and you’ll see. We paid $35.00 for two disgusting slices of pizza, one uneaten appetizer and one Dr Pepper. I’ll say this...the Dr Pepper was good👍 P.S. I don’t expect a lot from Pizza Hut, but this place should...
