Okay....
I love rosas pizza. They are really great but today wasn’t such a usual experience. I ordered some chicken wings. I do that from time to time and I always ask for extra blue cheese. I tip heavy everytime but today was the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with my wing order. I called back to make sure they put blue cheese in my order and they charged me for it yet...NO BLUE!! The wings where bone dry and I don’t know if anyone else has dealt with a 5 month pregnant woman before but I just went threw HELL because of this. Last time they didn’t give us BBQ wings when I ordered them but the manager had an order sent out on the house so that was cool. All I want is for my blue cheese to be placed in the order like a asked. Other than that I love rosas. I wouldn’t complain but this isn’t the first time this has happened. Guys, I appreciate you, just give me what I pay for next time. If you order pizza you’re in for a treat but if you order wings it’s really a pot luck if you get your dippy sauce....
Read moreRosa's Pizza is by far our favorite pizza place in the Cleveland area. We've ordered there well over a dozen times and they are consistently good. We usually get the Meat Lovers specialty pizza. The sausage tastes like they make it themselves, and the meatballs are exceptional. The sauce and crust are good as well, and everything is there in sufficient proportions (plenty of cheese and sauce). There isn't much of a dining area inside, so I'd order it to go. Our only gripe is that the mushrooms could be of better quality and they seem to come from a can. I've never had to wait for my pizza for any unreasonable amounts of time, but the pizza does take awhile to make so I'd order in advance as they do seem to be frequently busy. The price is a little high, but in range with what you'd pay for a quality pizza. Sheet pizza prices are decent and we've gotten them for parties/family. I'd...
Read moreIf you are looking for a true Italian experience and food, you came to the right place! I mean everything from the Italian speaking customers there eating while I was picking up, the quality fresh ingredients, and the thick accent(s) of whom im assuming were the owners, is as close to Italian without being in Italy.
I'll gladly pay the extra $2 per pie for a fresh and amazing pizza any day of the week. If you want fake cheese and extra spices to cover the bad taste for $5, head to your local chain that treat you like a number. If you want quality, try Rosa's and I promise they will not disappoint! They gained a new customer...
