Listen coming from me my name is Rodrigo I almost went there every day for there food but my cousin who used to worked there said she saw a mouse 🐁 on top of the grill where they were grilling chickens burger etc my opinion is the rice is really nasty and they don't serve regular rice the only rice that they have is basmanti witch is a long type of white rice please save you some money don't go to these nasty place the people there are rude and even when you buy something that is worth 5$ they will charge you another 4$ for tax plus they don't even give you receipt they are Spanish people and I like some of them because they are actually pretty nice but I seen some cashier being rude to a customer these place should be shout down they don't even clean the place as soon as you walk in they will have opinions for you to put with ur mail like ketchup mainaze Limon they never change there Limon even when I saw a bug seating on it please don't bother showing up...

Ordered a chicken sandwich, I got pushed to the side because it was a dinner rush, I understood because everyone else just wanted fried chicken out of the case. I went back up to the counter and they didn't even remember my boyfriends and my order, after they charged us. We waited again and got our good. The wings my boyfriend ordered were okay, but the fries were cold and unseasoned.. the chicken sandwich is another story, the bun was bigger than the chicken patty and I felt like it was previously frozen. Upon arrival, one worker was cleaning the lobby. After entering, the same worker went to the cash register to ring up another customer AND serve his food (hands were not washed). The kitchen area is 90% hidden from the front area. Through the remaining 10%, I noticed 3 workers in the kitchen. 2 of them were handling food WITHOUT gloves. One of them was taking food out from a tray and putting it in an oven. The tray was on a GARBAGE BIN. The food purchased was discarded. ...
