Always went to them for housing needs assistance and always had a good experience until today, due to a rude unprofessional lady that works in the front that’s older with the glasses that now has her hair cut, it’s bad enough when I pulled up there was flower decorations that was talking up at least 3 spots so I had called to ask where are we supposed to park and she said she would come out and never did so I had to figure that out on my own, upon coming in just because I spoke English she assumed I didn’t understand nothing in Cape Verdean creole and started saying some bad nasty stuff about my kid to another lady in the waiting area that could pass as an 80 yr old. Not only she’s rude but very ignorant and that makes cape Verdeans people look bad and not all is bad. As a mother who doesn’t play about her kids it took so much and I mean so much to not cuss them both out due to being raised well and respecting older people. All I can say I’ll pray for her and know there’s always going to be karma that will handle...

When I go to the center Mario normally assists me he's an awesome guy . My dog Coco is with me when I go into the center Mario is grateful he pets my dog he loves her he does what he needs to do for me as quickly as possible and it gets me the hell out of there.
