Golden Corner — Restaurant in Brockton

I have been their customer for 18 yrs. Never going back again, completely disappointed by their insults, disrespectful, disregard for my dignity when I questioned them about their illegal practice of increasing my food price while it was not listed. I order golden platter with options for 4 items, request 2 chicken wings,2 crab Rangoon because that is what like the most on the listed option that say any 4. Only to be told that I will be charged additional money because I got double meat. I was shocked and said that Manu said any four items. She and the father both start yelling at me and becoming disrespectful and told me they are the cheapest Chinese food could careless that I was customer for 18 yr. I cancelled my 68$ order and never to return. Completely disappointed in spite me the tolerating their sill rice and food that was not leftover sometimes. I told them I was going to pay but just trying to let them know they could be sue for misleading...

Ordered over the phone, and person was thorough with repeating the order back to make sure she got everything and she double checked that everything was in the bag before handing over to us. That’s just the customer service aspect. When we took the food home…it was fresh and so good!!! We got the chicken lo mein—best one I’ve had in a long time since looking around for new Chinese food places to try out. The beef fried rice was everything my husband had been looking for. The crab Rangoon and fried pot stickers were also a hit. Sesame chicken was my husband’s favorite. Very crunchy coating. Definitely satisfied and coming back. Maybe we lucked out, again. We hadn't ordered from here in a couple years, because the last couple times we got very sick. Tonight we gave it a shot... And never again. Customer service wise, they are very nice and the order came quick. We only got a pupu platter for 1, small rice, small french fry. My husband took a bite of the rice and it was undercooked, he then pulls an egg roll out and it's dripping from the bottom... Like water dripping, definitely wasn't oil lol...
