Crown Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Brockton

I ordered a shrimp combo, went home with my order, the shrimp was beyond over cooked, burnt. I called the restaurant explaining I am going to come back and I would like a return, the phone was passed around, till finally I spoke with someone that told me they cannot return my money however they can remake the order. I am not satisfied with that answer as I want my money back. I told whoever I spoke to that remaking the food would not make a difference the oil is old/ and burnt. That should be an option to just have my money back so I can take my business elsewhere with better service. No respect for time or gas because I don’t live close to that location. OK, so when I went there, it was a little loud but it was OK. The person who took my order they were OK. The service was OK so what I ordered was the six-piece mixed chicken meal. The fries were soggy and, the chicken oh my Lord they were so dry and they were very hard and they was super burnt, and the biscuit Oh, the biscuits were so hard when I hit them on the table nothing broke. I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this location. The employees were extremely disrespectful, and the food was spoiled. I ordered a chicken, fries, and mashed potato meal for over $13. When I got home, I discovered the mashed potatoes were spoiled, and the chicken and fries box was untouched.

When I went back to request a refund, the employee was shockingly rude and told us he didn’t care, even using profanity and telling us to leave and not come back.
