Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Brockton

i’ve been going to this taco bell/kfc forEVER and i haven’t had Too many problems i mean the people here seem chill generally but today was like Woah. i haven’t been here in like a year and maybe i just caught them on a bad day, it was busy, but i work at a fast food place that is Constantly busy so i understand what it is like to have to deal with that; however, i told them three separate times (including when one of the employees came out to ask if an order was mine, which wasn’t) i wanted honey mustard but i was nice and easy going about it. They forgot it and put exxxtra fire sauce or whatever it’s called. I asked for that as well but it was like when you get a mound of ketchup packets but you only need half the amount. The employee who took our order was kind of confusing and seemed overwhelmed. I went in the store and had everyone do that thing where they pretend they can’t see me or that i’m just there for my order when the fact is they probably didn’t know. Everyone just seemed confused and disorganized. The girl managing up front was really nice and chill. I waited until her lil line of orders was done and just asked her for the honey mustard, because even when another employee would walk by the counter they were unapproachable and would look away immediately. I noticed someone came in late, one of the employees complained that they always come in late, which is fine to voice but he was yellin about it a lil. Anyways, I was like ooooookay i hope y’all have a good day or something cause this is wiiiiild. Sorry if this reviews all over the place but like i said I’ve gone here since i was young N it’s never been this bad even wit the busy season. Hope y’all...

This is supposed to be fast food, but unless you plan on waiting in line for a minimum of 15 minutes don't bother to visit this place. If you do have an extended amount of time to wait for your food be sure to check your bag before you leave because there is ALWAYS something missing from the order. As if this wasn't bad enough, there isn't any room to get out of the parking lot if you plan to go inside to get your food and there is certainly no way to get out of the line once you are in it. I try to avoid this place, but my teenage son asks me to take him every now and then because he takes classes near by. Tonight I went through the driver through at 9:05 p.m. and didn't get out of there until after 9:20 p.m. and all I ordered was a few small things from Taco Bell. That was only to find out that a part of our order was missing. When I sent my nephew inside to get the item that was missing they young woman that he spoke to didn't want to replace the one item as though we were lying. Why would I lie for a $2.00 taco!!!!! ? I work in customer service and I manage a team of people that provide top notch customer service because they understand that if customers are not happy, they will NOT return. I ordered the nacho fries and I asked for extra fries and extra cheese and they gave me nothing that I asked for she rang me up as if she put in the system what I wanted the fries are stale. You can tell they’ve been sitting there for hours. This restaurant is definitely not goodThe customer service is not good at all. It’s not welcoming. I just had an encounter with one of the employees that works there. She was in the back. She was doing some work and she was looking at me like she had a problem with me or she wanted to fight me And when I asked one of the employees like why is she looking at me like that she was like “I don’t know ask her” and she didn’t even understand English, so there was no way for me to ask her why she was looking at me as if she wanted to harm .
