Had the pleasure of free ranch for a few visits untill "wife boss" on shift and "husband owner" stopped deal and began to charge for ranch. This was the most uncomfortable and awkward experience at a restaurant. Its wouldve helped if the owner (husband) just charged me the $1.00 cost for ranch dressing in the first place. Long story short, the owner is a flirt(giving free condiment untill wife comes on shift), he made the enitre situation awkward and i didnt know all along he was breaking the rules untill one day he began charge me $1.00 for a simple condiment ( that i was getting free for a long time). My msg to male owner: Just follow the rules, keep it professional, your married..respect your marriage and dont discount anything for other females if it isnt your own wife or mother. Read moreI have been ordering food from here for 3 years. Always on time, food is always hot. Today I decided to do a online rather then calling like I usually do. Food was late but no biggie, food got here was COLD! I never call and complain but today I did. I called and the usual rude and ignorant lady answered rather than the sweet guy that answers. I kindly explained I was missing sauce, bacon that's an extra charge was not on the pizza, and my sub was cold!! And the aps were cold. She said oh you did a online order you need to call.so if I called my food would be HOT?!?!? She also tried to justify why the food was cold, That I lived to far away I live 12mins away!!! I asked to speak to the gentleman that works there she kept talking over me and said to call the slice app and get a credit for bacon and the blue cheeese.so pretty sure my food sat at the restaurant if it didnt why was my food cold and my steak and cheese sub SOGGY! Though on countless times, I have ordered and repeated my order several times and what I received was never correct I continued to return without complaint. BUT, this will be the last time I ever order from them again. The lack of customer service and professionalism at this business does not make up for the food at all. I don’t care if I’m spending $7 or $50, you’re not going to talk to me with disrespect.
The woman you have answering the phone needs to be reminded on what common courtesy is when you’re running a business. Answering the phone with a attitude and then yelling at customers, “You need to tell me what you want, lady!” as they are trying to place an order is not professional at all.
