Salo Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Brockton

Service does not exist in this establishment as the bartenders are not properly trained. I say this because the basics of proper bartending is to first at least acknowledge a customer who has walked in and is patiently and very politely standing and waiting at the bar. It’s a small bar and all three bartenders on duty last night failed to do this basic, step one, of dealing with a new customer. I can understand a bartender being busy, but at least acknowledge that I am patiently standing in front of you and that you will get to me when you can. The gentleman sitting beside me felt so bad for me and said his daughter is one of the bartenders and that he would get her attention for me. I will give them a five for it all because I get treated with respect when I’m there! But I believe they are super busy and need to expand already ! However, I’m not mad at it! Have not had a bad drink order or food experience yet! I wish it could be my local spot but everyone is always there is my only thing! lol At that, no issue! I had an amazing experience at Salo Bar & Grill. The owner Salo gave a warm welcoming as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere was great. Our waitress Theresa was amazing. She had so many tables to serve but she always checked on us. The lemon drop martini and calamari to start was great. The seafood platter was amazing the seasoning was beyond amazing!!
