Edit 6/22 went Friday 6/20/25 abt 7pm: this time was really good. There was only one issue but it was fixed quickly. The double super i ordered was delicious. The potato cakes were hot and crispy. The jamoca shake had small pieces of ice in it and not much flavor. The crew was nice and treated me like they were glad i was there. Edit:We will never go back. I have issues with bad experiences so we never get fast food or go inside anywhere to eat. Arby’s has always been the exception. This time the bread was like bread from home, not toasted and not the bread I’m used to Arby’s having. The worst part was the curly fries were all broken and old. Read moreI am so severely disappointed right now. Normally I love Arbys, even though I know the drive through is slow. However today drive-thru took 20 minutes with only six people in front of me, including two who left before they even order. When the cashier finally was face-to-face, we were ignored with the window open for minutes. When he is ready for us he reads back our order correctly but gives us the wrong food. Also I didn't get my drink or my receipt.
An industry where fast food has been commercialized and happens fast and correctly at other restaurants, Arbys has fallen behind. I will never eat lunch at Arby's when I have work to do again. Read moreThe young girl in the window was amazing taking my order and she is the one who makes me want to come back. The Manager forgot my cheese on both sandwiches and shouldn't be drinking out of a straw in the drive thru window, nevertheless you're suppose to drink out of a cup with no straw. However, you shouldn't be drinking behind the counter for customers to see, Manager's certification with the Food Handlers covers that. Called the store when I got home and noticed the no cheese on both sandwhiches, but the manager never answered the phone to make it right.
