I am 53. I have eaten at Egg Roll Express since I was 14 when my mother took me for the first time. It has been my all-time favorite and a huge comfort food for me. I have eaten at every Tulsa/BA location for over 30 years, with the last time being just before covid. And no matter the location, the food has been exactly the same. Today, I discovered the BA location no longer serves the quality food that ERX has for decades. The rice was undercooked. Frozen chicken nuggets for the s&s chicken. That was substituted for the pork they said they didn't have. The chicken used to be battered and deep fried like you find on a buffet. The garlic shrimp should have been renamed garlic vegetables. The egg rolls that they were known for are not worth eating. Will not be returning to this location. So very...

I like to eat here from time to time. The Sweet N Sour Chicken with an Eggroll and Hot Mustard is an occasional craving. I tried the Four Season Beef with Sweet N Sour Pork Dinner Combo to go last night. The beef was different for me, I usually eat chicken. It was spicy at times with hints of other flavors, I'm not sure of what though? The sweet n sour pork was fine, eggroll as I remember. All and all it's an alright place to fall back on for a change. Nothing fancy, but it was freshly cooked. As for Chinese fast food, some places cook things differently, it all depends on what you like and order. Horrible experience. Rude employees. My husband waited 5 min for someone to take his order and when someone finally did, the lady was very rude and cut him off in the middle of it and told him to come to the window. He explained to her again at the window what he wanted and she shut the window in his face. He then waited 30 minutes for her to bring out his food and even then it wasn’t right. When he got home he called to see what he could do because his order was completely wrong and the lady was unnecessarily rude and very defensive. My husband was nice and calm and I could hear her yelling at him telling him he was wrong. Will never waste my money on this place again. Good customer service is something they...
