I want to let you know this McDonald's in Broken Arrow Oklahoma 2525 Aspen Drive across from QuikTrip in Clarion hotel. I have the McDonald's app I've been coming to this McDonald's for a little while now here recently it is a new one I mean it's been here a long time but they update the dining rooms and stuff pretty regular in the inside is nice kiosk is clean floors are clean tables are clean, the employees they have a lot of fun they do and there's nothing wrong with having fun on the job it makes the job go by quicker more efficient right serving the food getting the food out orders so forth. I spent 1,500 points out of the 3000 that I have acquired in the and the manager on duty he was nice He offered me some french fries That's why yeah I don't have any money but you said I'll give you an idea free French fries, I brought a cup in that I found in the trash can outside ice cup He went ahead and upgraded that ice cup to bigger drink which I could get anything then not just water, it was a good atmosphere I enjoyed my meal free meal good customer service I'm standing outside right now underneath the sign what little shade and I'm smoking a cigar no one is complaining meanwhile that gives me a good reason to give a good review for this establishment. Now the restroom it was not the the bath well the toilet itself was a mess but instead of going and complaining about it I went ahead and took a picture of the toilet which the rim was dirty and so forth and I could have cleaned it off to use it but I didn't I did what I did is I did take a picture of it declined on using it but I did go up to the desk and I said anybody I just want to show you a photograph of the men's bathroom and I showed it in photograph he looked at it I didn't say no more and I said I'll be all right and I came back outside just came out to deliver park reserved parking drive through He saw me sitting here I gave him a thumbs up cuz it's hot coming in and out he just smiled at me and went inside. That way just showing the picture says a lot rather than something that I may say with my words I may say something wrong and I don't want to upset anyone but a picture does say a lot of things right. And that's what has gotten me as a reviewer the photos is what people look at photos tell the truth my opinion can tell a lot of story too about me not necessarily about the business but I try to be fair and all aspects of these reviews photos photos tell the truth the person behind the photo you could question correct but I try to stay true to myself and truth the business if I didn't have a good experience that doesn't mean that you should not go there right that's only fair I think people like my honesty fairness telling it like it is but not telling anyone not to go somewhere because I had a bad experience or difficult time just cuz it was difficult for me doesn't mean it's going to be the same for you right we're all different. Read moreThey were nice and the food was fresh, but my order took almost 35 min and it became obvious that app orders received low priority. I'm disabled and can barely walk, but made it inside to check after thinking my order had been forgotten. It appeared that nobody working at that time understood English, and so what, except that I wasn't able to explain my issue. It did appear the drive thru was the first priority, because I watched many vehicles enter long after my sitting in the pickup order area, then leave quickly only to watch the drive thru refill and leave 3 more times before my order was addressed. Well, my order WAS fresh, so great there, thank you, but why did I need to wait for the others entering and ordering via drive thru when I was an app order placed 10 min before I arrived and then entered my lot area number once I did arrive, which is checking in, and then wait an additional 35 min? I'm not mad, but they should consider not making app orders wait an extra 35 min for the crowds just getting there placing new orders. I'm sure they're good people there so not putting anyone down, but some of us disabled people can't ambulate well enough, therefore we pre-order in the app and enter a pickup space and the number so they know we're there. Read moreIf you could avoid going to this location, please do, but because it's the closest to me I tried to go whenever. Almost every time they always get my orders wrong. I would paid for a large meal and get a medium every now and then, usually I just shrug it off because I only stopped by there on the way to work and it's during rush hour or when you tell them what sauce you want with the nuggets and it shows up on the screen but they don't put it with the food when given to you so almost every time they don't give the dipping sauce for the nuggets. Last I ordered from there, got a medium meal plus a 10 pc nuggets, they didn't put the nuggets in with the food. Got to work, checked bag because was in a rush and there's no nuggets. Called restaurant to try and get a refund for the nuggets, they answered, told me to wait, never got back to me while I'm sitting there listening to them laughing and talking to each other in the background.
