Lol where do I start. I did an online order for 2 footlong a subway club super easy add bacon and a BLT super super easy so I get home get everything ready my club has bacon but no meat or cheese just a gallon of mustard(I'm almost not joking) and toppings my "blt" had salami and pepperoni on it for some reason? No tomatoes to be seen or cheese. Now I've worked fast food my entire working career so I can tell you with 10000% confidence that its super easy to read a list and follow said list. The 2 people working tonight have proven they can not do that. I returned and with frustration I'm due with gas prices as they are having to drive back I asked to have them remake my order exactly the way the ticket says. Now during this the other guy is making customers food and the customers have to ask for the flying to be shooed off their food that's when I proceed to ask for a refund and she explained the app blah blah blah I get it so I tell her nevermind just make my food without the flys touching it and correctly..well I guess I should of held her hand or had a picture in crayon explaining how to do her job it was wrong yet again. Read moreI called in 4A catering plate. Talked to the lady on the phone. Explained her exactly what I wanted got to the store. And it was bagged up as whole sandwiches when I asked her about platter, being cut up as a party trade like I had called for she then proceeded to tell me. That that was a catering plate. She just didn't put it in the box or cut it up. So I asked her to please do that because that is what I specifically called for she then wanted to charge me more after I had already paid when asked for the manager. She said they were not there, and when I asked how to get ahold of the manager she. Refused? To tell me the name or the number. And then the black guy That was, the employee decided to step in and also get rude with me Uber and order that I had called in previously 4. And then try to charge me 20 more dollars. My parents also got cookies last time we went in and specifically made sure there was no lemon in them (raspberry cheesecake vs raspberry lemonade cookies) due to my mother's severe allergy but the cookies we received tasted like they had lemon in them. Called to get the managers number and was given the wrong one, got the right one and she didn't pick up.
