We typically don’t frequent this establishment often, but when we do, we typically order ahead. Should’ve probably ordered ahead. Why did my wife pull up today to order our breakfast and noticed there was something missing on our order. Not a big deal, our sandwich was missing a sausage patty. She mentioned that she noticed it was missing and asked the young lady at the pick up window about it. The young lady goes tells her manager and they proceed to take the sandwich that they messed up, open it up, slap a sausage patty on it, wrap it back up and give it back to us, like that’s cool. Coming from years of food service management, this is COMPLETELY UNSANITARY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and is not excellent customer service. Here’s the thing: this is not a free meal, we paid money to enjoy a quick meal. We understand mistakes happen and where things get missed, and that’s okay. What is NOT okay, is worrying more about food costs, or trying to get someone out of the line, and not making your customers matter. We have no idea if your hands are clean, so why are you pulling apart my sandwich instead of having your kitchen remake the order? I’m almost certain if this was that managers experience, he’d be pissed and demand a full remake, a refund or both. All in all, l only ask moving forward, as a food establishment and a decent human being, that you treat each and every customer and person (regardless of how your day is going) the way YOU would want to be treated, ESPECIALLY when someone is spending money to support...
Read moreWent to get some breakfast before heading to the office this morning, and it's Friday so I'm in a great mood, up until I went to the drive through to get my order and I wasn't greeted from the young lady opening the window she just said my price of the meal without greeting me, I give her my card to swip and I asked her if I could get some strawberry jelly, and the look that I got from her seemed as I was asking to much, then she handed my food and I looked in my bag and asked for some extra napkins since they only put just one in there she gave me the same hateful look..then I said to her to try and cheer her up,and I said it's Friday with a big smile, then she said..so hateful..I know and then shut the window..look here little girl, I have delt with people all my life that's why I'm a supervisor...and customer service is a big thing for me, if you don't like your job, then go find something else to where you don't have to deal with people. Because that's your job to give great customer service. I will not be spending my money there anymore. And I can probably speak for alot of people if you get bad customer service, then more likely you won't go back to that place..your manager should of sent you home and coach you on customer service. If you can't be kind to people that comes through the drive through then they need to put you back there cooking the food, so you won't have to deal with us. Went there...
Read moreIt's okay for once in a while but boy, do they oversalt the French fries! I enjoy fries as a treat, but not if BK is trying so hard to "brine" me! Salt like that is an enemy, and I felt sick about 20 minutes after eating some fries, like a salt overdose! If they can't lesson the amount of salt they use, then I'm not going to eat from there anymore. I did give 3 stars but lowered it to two stars bc I feel BK doesn't care about oversalting. The building inside looked clean and the employees appeared to be working hard, keeping the place nice, but the exterior left much to be desired with the outdated, old-style look, no landscaping, broken asphalt, beat up parking lot, and the cars parked in the handicap with no placard and no plate, forcing marked handicap people to hobble in from a far away parking spot. In fact, one car, a red car, had removed their license plate altogether and had no identifying handicap placard, yet parked in handicap. So it might be they have just 2 handicap spots. Then some city worker drove in and took a handicap spot but had no placard or plate, so BK isn't so handicap friendly, bc they allow anyone to park...
