Made an online order this evening around 7pm. The sandwich artist threw away order receipt before I got there so my order was not even started when I got there. Asked my mother, who went in first, what she ordered and she came out to get me for the order. I come in to see he had fished receipt from garbage to make order then lied when confronted, telling me it was just laying around. Told me the toaster down and that was what he was telling my mom, claiming my mother lied to me. I find out when I talk with my mother on the way home that he had told the person in front of her he turned the toaster off for the night and wasn't going to turn it back on. Never said anything to her. Who I am assuming is the owner? was sitting at a table reading a newspaper, ignoring what was happening. The only reason I knew he worked there was as I left he was practically on my tail to lock the door and turn off the open sign at 7:30 before going to help tear down the line. At 6:15 and the money was taken out at 6:16 from my account. My wife and I finished our running and were on our way to grab the 6 sandwiches for our family and then the same guy who told me he couldn’t take the order over the phone then calls me and tells me they can’t make the order.    Read moreI was waiting in line like the rest of the customers, and once it was another guys turn, the worker told him to go to the back of the line because he had 5 subs to order. He waited in line like the rest of us and was made to go to the back, I think it was totally rude and uncalled for. Next customer should be the next customer. They need to hire better staff and/or teach their staff how to be polite and how to make subs faster if that was the issue, which I don't see what else it could have been other than them knowing they worked slow.
