Starbucks — Restaurant in Brookfield

My husband and I stopped in for a few drinks. As I placed our order the kid was nice enough but as I requested various drinks he informed me they were out of select ingredients to make these drinks. He told me he would give me a list of what cannot be made, I changed my order completely. Then we waited close to 15 minutes. As we did, we watched multiple associates goof around, noticed over a dozen drinks waiting to be picked up, and the customer whom ordered after us asked the manager where her drink was. I stood at the pick up counter and was not acknowledged. I then went to the registers, I was told I will be with you shortly, when I said no, i have been waiting for my drinks, she checked the mobile pick up. She didn't listen when I stated I ordered at the counter. I requested a refund and she got the manager. He asked what was up and then provided my refund. No explanation, no apologies. My husband mentioned the other customer looking for drink commented to him that even after talking with the manager she had yet to get her drink. Update: Several (3 or 4 aka most) of the 4-seat tables were switched to 2-person tables without any significant change in layout or space. This is already causing parties to pull 2 tables together and reduced capacity. This will make it MUCH LESS DESIRABLE for meetings or get-togethers for parties of 3 or more. I will certainly be planning and recommending places with more seating and practical use of space.

This change screams: "We don't want people to sit here." I'm NOT a Starbucks camper, have a WiFi hotspot and don't need to sit for hours to use their's.

A very nice decor, ample seating. The 1 star taken away was 3 workers who could be seen talking in the back room with only one customer in the location and neither came out for 3+ minutes while two of us walked-in. Left this store very disgruntled today. Ordered my beverage. Walked around to find the table that i would have sat at was unplugged for some reason.. all the other seats were occupied. Went to use the restroom while i waited for my drink to be prepared, only to find the one that i used had not two, but three empty toilet paper rolls in the holder. The tissue box for the baby changing table was also empty. The second bathroom was occupied at the time. My drink was also very poorly mixed. All the simple syrup or whatever was still at the bottom and it made it rather disgusting. I would have gone back up and asked for it to be remade but was in a pinch for time after trying to use the facilities.

Bathrooms should be stocked at the end of every night in any business. No way all of those items just ran out...
