I'm from the East Coast, so the food might be a little different. They're located near a lot of tourist areas, so pricing was a little higher than expected.
I was too hungry to wait and take a quick photo as I immediately scarfed it down.
I ordered one of the egg combo's with corned beef hash, and it had a few options to pick from and I ultimately settled on some lil' pancakes and hasbrowns, and ordered a side of 'fried grits.'
The food was very yummy and filling. The corned beef hash was cooked in a thick circular patty with a crispy outside and more of a chewy pinkish-brown inside. (Personally I like my corned beef hash crispy all around, but I'm an oddball with my food at times.) The eggs and hashbrown were your typical diner style and pretty yummy.
The fried grits was interesting, because it also came in a brick-like patty shape. Nice and crispy on the outside, bit more chewy on the in, and as the name suggest, had a bit of grit to it.
The atmosphere depends on your personal preference. It had the ambience of a roadside diner, lotsa folks coming in and out, so it seems to get noisy at times. They do have a lot of local art featured on the wall that you could even purchase, and it did liven up the space. Lotsa stylized funky little animal paintings.
The service was nice, Tasha was very polite, friendly, attentive and seemed to know the exact moment to swing by and check up on us.
Ultimately, it was a good experience. The food is deceptively filling and almost put me in a food coma, but I wish the portions were just a little bit bigger for the money. It was around $20 per person. They had a lot of yummy options on the menu, including breakfast and lunch. I gotta try the chicken fried steak next time!

Read moreVery disappointed after seeing the reviews that this place would be the place to go for a good breakfast. Was seated quickly got our cup of coffee. Waited a good 15mins before waitress came to take our order. Than waited another hour before getting our food, in meantime never saw the waitress only the host who was sitting a family next to us and had to flag him down for a coffee refill. Still no waitress to be seen, finally got our food but not delivered by our waitress. I had Biscuit n' gravy, gravy was little salty and biscuit was very dried almost same texture as soda bread. My husband got Greek olmette with pancakes, it wasn't terrible but wasn't the greatest. Olmette was over cooked had burnt taste to it. Would suggest they use Greek olives not black olives. Pancakes were boring nothing special. During our time of eating we were never checked on by anyone, the host was refilling coffee next to us and we had to get his attention again to refill our coffee and at that time we requested to have our check. We waited another half hour for our check and it never got to us, so we had to go to the counter and ask for the check to pay so we could leave. Service was very poor, and food was not so great. Overall review was not worth the...
Read moreThis was our second visit to Indian Creek Cafe. We were staying next door at Rogue River Landing both times, and had breakfast at Indian Creek Cafe because we had heard great things from friends. On our first visit a few months ago, we had an enjoyable experience. This time however, we were treated by the staff poorly. We were expecting a friend to join us, making a party of three, and were told that we couldn't be seated unless our entire party was present. Despite the restaurant being only a quarter, or at best one third full, they were insistent. When I questioned the policy, a customer nearby started laughing. We both felt unwelcome, and decided to go elsewhere where we wouldn't feel guilty taking up space. We went to Double Ds right down the street and had a great breakfast at a very reasonable price. Great service too! From now on, we'll recommend Double D's instead of...
