My friend The Pastor insisted we drive a long way to eat at que Viet for lunch and i was vary Hungry. We stood patently quietly waiting to be seated with many open tables while the waitress sat rite there playing with her phone for 5+ minutes. Then the employee behind the cash register said are you dining in Please be seated. As we approached our table and our beloved pastor sat down an angry man employee came bolting from the kitchen yelling at pastor angrily yelling at the pastor,You don't just walk in here and sit down.pastor quietly stated the gentleman behind the register TOLD US TO BE SEATED .I was confounded as the employee kept yelling at pastor. Then the pastor meekly stated i do not wish to quarrel with you! They did not ever say one word to me ?The good pastor is black and i am white? Then the waitress who was supposed to seat us and had run to the kitchen vary quick and sent the angry employee after pastor for sitting down was vary mean and vary rude for no reason. The employee Behind the register HAD TOLD US TO BE SEATED i vary nicely stated! The waitress was still vary Rude Then i was vary afraid to eat there at all. And $8.50 for fried rice i can get anywhere for $5.50 and the place Looked Dirty to me when i walked in."So I Left Starving Refusing to Eat There. And I will now post there wrong doings to the ends of the earth.Horrible Just Horrible filthy place. And i called my county Health Inspector relative and they will soon rue the...

Second time dining here. I ordered PHO soup and one serving (2) eggs rolls. It was my first time eating PHO soup here. I have eaten it at other places. Soup needs more work, more meat, ingredients and richer tasting broth. Egg rolls are always good! Normally when you dine in you get larger egg rolls than takeout. I told the waitress I would like one of my egg rolls to dine in and the other one to-go. I didn’t like that I received a smaller egg roll for dine in and larger one for to-go. What I have also noticed is. The services is not good here for dine in. When I dined in the first time with my MNL, no one ever came to our table after we received our food to ask how the food was or refilled our water, but the (other) people that were dining in, they went to all their tables! This time I went solo. They did refill my water, but I think they only did this because my table was between two of the other tables next to the window. I also noticed they went to all the (others) and collected their payments when they were finished eating. They brought my bill and my egg roll to-go after I finished. I sat there for several minutes, no one came to collect my payment, so I got up and walked to the front counter to pay! The dine in area was not busy during this time and there were two waitress. I can say from experience that service is different here when...

First time here and I would not recommend I have never had the need to write such a review on a restaurants page but this takes the cake. The service here seems biased. The waitress had gone to other tables to check on them but did not do the same to my table at all. She was not very welcoming and seemed a bit annoyed at us for no reason. The food we had order was the ribeye pho, costing $16. Compared to other places you can get the same amount with more meat at a cheaper price and it tastes great. The pho was lacking flavor and tasted water downed. The waitress was rude with the payment process, while my boyfriend and I were still eating asking us to sign the receipt so she can take it in which we had forgotten because we were trying to finish to leave the restaurant due to the uncomfortableness we had with the waitress being rude. After that encounter of her asking us to sign and give a tip with horrible service and food I couldn’t even finish my food. We had just gotten up and left. The place was decorated nice but overall the quality of the food and service was horrible for a first time. Do not come here to eat pho, but probably try their other foods. They probably specialize in other dishes that would have probably tasted way greater than the pho here, but because of the horrible service given I would...

We used to live near by and coming to Que Viet was always a treat. Now that we have moved 4.5hrs away and can only come visit family occasionally I would like you to know we always make time to stop, and once again treat ourselves. We love the egg rolls and have never found anything which can can even come close to comparing. If you have never tried Que Viet I assure you it’s worth the drive for such a treat. Update to previous review. Once again we are back in MPLS and had to stop by again. My wife had the chicken chow Mein and I had the pork with mixed vegetables. Wife says bay food ever and I completely agree. Hostess is very pleasant food is awesome and bathrooms are clean. Where ever you are Que Viet is worth the drive to come here and eat. MAKE SURE you get the egg rolls!!!! Thanks again for an awesome lunch

I've had Que Viets famous eggrolls at the fair many times, tonight, we tried the restaurant. Of course we ordered the eggrolls, which are ALWAYS spectacular, huge and full of delicious filling. We also ordered their chicken chow mein, medium spicy, it was loaded with VERY fresh vegetables and absolutely wonderful. Beef Lo Mein, again medium spicy, the first thing I noticed was the beef being very good quality and cooked to perfection. Again filled with super fresh, crisp vegetables (personally I loved seeing snow peas). And their cream cheese wonton which have a great garlic and chive filling! All around, super super satisfied with our experience and this is now going to be my goto.

We've been eating here, or getting takeout, for over 25 years. This is our FAVORITE restaurant! It's not fancy, but the staff are so friendly, and the food is so good!! Best egg rolls around, the cream cheese wontons are heavenly, and what I love about their Sweet 'n Sour Chicken is that it's not heavily breaded AND the sauce comes with peppers/onions/tomato/pineapple. We also love the Lo Mein, Chicken Egg Fu Yung, Hot & Spicy Chicken, Beef & Potato, and Egg Roll over Chilled Rice Noodles. Everything is shareable, and you might still have leftovers to eat for breakfast. Highly recommend!
