McDonald's — Restaurant in Brookville

Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. My husband and I came in and decided we would just like to place our order at the counter rather than using the kiosk. We stood there for a good 2 or 3 minutes as all the employees ignored us. Not only did they not ask if they could be of assistance, but they actively looked the other way. Then one of the employees yelled, "Can you just go order at the kiosk?" At this point, another couple had come in and were also wanting to order at the counter. The employee yelled again, "You need to order at the kiosk!" We ordered at the kiosk and paid at the kiosk. All we ordered were two drinks: a large coke and a large unsweetened ice tea. Then we stood there and waited for 5 minutes before we were finally given our two empty cups. The area around the soda machines was completely wet. It had a huge puddle with at least a quarter inch of water in front of it on the floor. The trashcan was overflowing. So much so that the lid wouldn't close anymore. I went to fill my cup with ice tea, and there was no unsweetened tea available. I went back to the counter with my cup, and the young woman working asked, "What do you need?" I told her there was no unsweetened tea available by the soda machines, and she just grabbed my cup and said, "Okay." She came back with a cup full of unsweetened tea with no ice (not a big deal, just annoying on top of all the rudeness) and handed it to me without saying a word. Review Update 11/2024 I've come here twice in the last two weeks and left without food both times. They were out of menu items, the same ones, for two weeks. If it's unavailable that long, remove it/cover it on the menu board, and tell staff to at least pretend to be concerned because they can't fill the order. Both times, she was just kinda nasty about it. I didn't know those items weren't available, it's not ok to be crappy with me because she had to void out the rest of my order. It's frustrating to sit and wait in drive thru to discover they can't fill the whole order so I have wasted everyone's time, I gotta go someplace else, and I'm hungry so I'm "hangry" about it. Especially because of the attitude I was served for free. We went on in to Richmond where we were headed anyway, and caught that McDonald's. It all worked out. But I won't waste my time at this location anymore.

I previously had a not so goid review on here & I thought about it & its overreacted bcuz they dint have what I went for so it was jus a really scrappy dat!! "" WE ALL KNO ICW CREAM MACHINE FO DOWN 3 TO 4 HOURS B4 CLODING!!" ALL McDonalds do that !! Lol.. * but today did an online order & got there they were super friendly , clean lot, girl taking orders great attitude.. & 2nd undies girl was very friendly & kind! I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit sandwich n a hasbrown. Well I always take top PC of bun off n smother it with honey & jelly m another bottom bun plus sandwich with hot picsmyr sauce which ate i place the hash brown in top sandwich replacing top bun & i then toss hot pecan tea sauce oclceeit cut in half!! And this morning's BREAKFAST WAS absolutely the best I've had n a very long time the service.. the atmosphere ease of app order & pik up!!
