Beautiful addition to Brookville and as a mom, I can definitely say that I've been waiting for a sit down place to welcome kids. I can't say how helpful and inviting it is to see a play area for the littles while ordering or meeting with friends. Food: There are limited vegetarian options for hot items. If you don't like avocado or mini bagels, the options for breakfast are muffins/cookies. An easy vegetarian option I left as a suggestion is a vegetarian quiche (as their only option had meat). I ordered the avocado toast which was good. My son had the mini bagels and ate some of the cucumbers off my toast which he liked. My husband didn't get anything to eat as the options didn't suit him (doesn't like avocado, and the muffins were sold out when we got there - which is a good thing for the restaurant!) Coffee: Ordered a single espresso, and a small hot latte. No complaints about the latte. Before I say anything about the espresso, I'll note that my husband is from Italy and that standards are high. The single espresso ordered was the size of a double (troppo lungo). It was very bitter. Espresso in Italy is acidic and yet still not bitter. Since we have a Via Venezia at home, he mentioned he'll stick to that. The atmosphere is beautiful. The doors open up and there's indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter, food is brought to the table, you pick up drinks from the barista. Very clean throughout. I appreciate the humor in the women's bathroom. 😉

MUST VISIT! The food is incredible. Fresh, AFFORDABLE, and delicious. The staff is always very friendly, clean, and efficient. The place makes you feel comfortable. Bar seating, table seating, individual chairs, and couches with a kids play area make the eating area fun! The shopping in the front is unique. When it's warm outside they have the patio seating with the overhead window doors open, making the flow still feel like you're a part of the restaurant. The restrooms are centrally located and always clean. The tap wall rotates and has local beer! I heard the bloody Marys are fantastic. I came in to get some paperwork done in between appointments and it was perfect for working!

First time going here, so I was hopeful. The beer was great! My kids and I each ordered a sandwich. I ordered the fig with ham. I was brought 2 separate sandwiches. The fig, and ham sandwich. Ok she misunderstood…no big deal. So they made me another sandwich….this time, no caramelized onions. So I sent it back again. My kids were already finished. I was very annoyed. Not to mention, I had 2 tiny pieces of ham, 2 tiny pieces of cheese. And a whole bunch of bread. I only got refunded $7 for the extra sandwich. I remained cool….but if I ever come back here it will be just for beer. Very disappointing after a long week and wanted to go support a local business. For such a short menu, there is much to be done here….service was poor and food quality was very mid. The atmosphere was awesome, on a...
