The management while working here was TERRIBLE. I was made to wash the floor with a feces soaked mop. The shift manager for the day mopped up a “mess” in the bathroom and left the mop in the dirty mop water BEHIND THE COUNTER. Right next to the food. By the time I came in for the afternoon shift the whole restaurant smelled like a used bathroom… multiple employees had to dump the bucket, we couldn’t stop gagging. I messaged the manager I was going to throw out the mop head which in my experience they’re replaceable (as long as you aren’t taking half the supply home with you… )the manager threw a TANTRUM about the mop head (which IS replaceable) and made me keep it. It reeked. We couldn’t mop with it so we left it not mopped. We come in the next day and I messaged her again telling her when I try to mop it spreads the STENCH around and she insists night shift last night mopped with it… as a member of the night shift the night before this was new information to me! This was far to the least disgusting event that happened here. I’ve worked at multiple subways since even finding a rat in the hotel well of one but I’d rather go back and eat at the rat subway than to go back and get a dookie sub here. (Also the manager constantly smelled like feces so there is no question in my mind that she legitimately couldn’t tell how disgusting the store smelled because she smelled similar.) I wouldn’t look to the pizza place next to it with...
Read moreDo not go to this location unless you want to stand in line for 30 minutes to get a sub, with only ONE person in front of you. Every time I've come in to this location they are extremely slow, rude and very cheap on the toppings. You have to ask for extra of everything for them to add the normal amount.
Today I came in this Subway and it will definitely be the last. Stood in line for about 25 minutes with only 1 person in front of me, who was only ordering a salad and personal pizza. When it was finally my order, they scrape the bottom of the lettuce container and give me the last little bit of bell peppers that were old and discolored. When I asked for different ones the woman gives me less and picks around the bad, scraping the bottom, instead of just getting a new container. And every time I come here, they ALWAYS expect that I'm going to get salt and pepper on my sub. I have to be quick to tell them no or they will put it on.
Then, at the end, I'm offered a free cookie for it being Tuesday. I told the guy next to me that I didn't want my cookie and asked if he would like it, and when I said this the woman refused to give me a cookie at that point and said that if I didn't want it, that's fine but I couldn't...
Read moreRotten food, unsanitary… everything, lol.. I worked here and the management had us put out rotten food - mostly tomatoes, lettuce etc..(letting food go bad was a common issue as we one time found lettuce SO foul it was LIQUIFIED) Arguably worse was day shift mopping up human feces and then proceeding to mop the entire floor with the feces water, leaving the mop and water behind the food counter. The store smelled SO BAD by the time night shift came in but we were told to rinse the mop and use bleach to soak it. But the smell remained, and spread while using the mop that the manager insisted we had to use. She even lied and said afternoon shift cleaned with it the night before and had no issue. As a crew member of the night before, this was the first I’d heard of it! ha! the subway in St.Leon is much more clean and fresh! For the price of subway now you might aswell not PAY for food...
