Reply to Brookville Grill comment: Our waitress was made aware of our dissatisfaction and my son asked her to take the waffle off the bill. I explained everything to the young lady who checked us out at the register as well. She truly was sorry we had a bad experience. There was no offer to reduce our bill any further or other remedy however. To your comment about not over seasoning the food, you have to understand there was no seasoning on the eggs or the sausage gravy. Extremely bland. We had a great experience the first visit, not the second one though.

Edited 1/28/2023. After our first visit, which was great, we stopped out for breakfast again. I ordered the home made sausage gravy and biscuit and texas french toast. My son ordered a waffle and eggs. My sausage gravy was entirely unseasoned. I added a lot of salt and pepper, still was not flavorful. My French toast had only a hint of cinnamon and the egg wash was not evident. My son's waffle had a powerful bitter flavor, he was done after one bite. His scrambled eggs had no seasoning. Not sure who was cooking today, but they definitely need training and management.

If I could rate the service 0 I absolutely would. Just know, you have to specify that you want the biscuit on the side and not under some gravy, mashed potatoes and chicken, and whether you want 90% of your gravy in your Thank You bag instead of your meal box. My grandmother was treated very rudely by this girl. Yes they offered to remake it but at that point she was so upset she completely lost her appetite and just wanted out of there, I came in to get it remade and they didn't have biscuits anymore which is all she wanted a biscuit with honey on it so I went and asked for the money back because that was the entire point of wanting the food remade. Thankfully she got the meal refunded because she didn't take a single bite but bottom line is you don't speak/treat to a another human that way it just isn't right then try to put the blame on them. That is not customer service, and to top it all off asking if she wants to tip on a take out order is absolutely ridiculous. Our family won't ever be back in. I was really pleased, I stopped at this place to do a little computer work and get a root beer and I found they have pie and I got a piece of peanut butter pie which I haven't had for a long time and it was towards the end of the day. The pie was extremely fresh and very good I will serve with a smile and a nice little restaurant and looking over there menu I found they had a number of dinner dishes which look very good and I am intending to try at whichever time I'm available to get in there and do that. The place was clean and I asked waitress if she might had me taking up my ukulele and harmonica and playing a few things while someone would video me for a video and she said to talk to the manager oh, he was very busy and I didn't get a chance to ask him and none, the less, had to get on with my things so, no video, but a very nice place, clean, and friendly management and waitresses and what looks to be very good food I'm likely to try it...
