Great Wall — Restaurant in Brookville

We just went an spent 50+ dollars on a order for the family. Was told order would be ready in 35mins, got there in 40mins. Order wasn't ready yet, waited an additional 30mins at the restaurant for my to go order.

Get the food home, and it's absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! AND I MEAN TERRIBLE TO THE POINT WERE THROWING AWAY ABOUT 30 DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD/MONEY!!!!!!

General tso's chicken, shouldn't be considered chicken AT ALL!!! It's about 75% hard/crunchy, 25% DARK MEAT!!!!!

Egg rolls tasted like they had been sitting out all day and were just warmed back up.

Was supposed to get pork and chicken fried rice with our meals, and got plain yellow fried rice, no meat in any of the rice whatsoever!!!

Wife got chicken and broccoli that tasted so bland she had to add seasoning to it to eat the small portion she did eat of it.

Kids had the sweet n sour chicken, an they were the only ones that ate most of their meal!!!

OVERALL, SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE, THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND DEFINITELY OUR LAST TIME WELL BE TRYING THEM!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DRIVE FURTHER AWAY IF...

We ordered the crab rangoons, fried dumplings, chicken kung pao and the Mongolian beef. The crab rangoons were the only things edible. The chicken tasted like mold and the sauce was nauseating. The beef tasted like it had gone bad and the sauce was the same as the kung pao and nauseating. The dumplings were not what I would have expected and were some unrecognizable slimy meat in a round dumpling. We paid $50 to eat crab rangoons and throw out the entirety of our meal. When we kindly asked for a refund (which we did not get), we were confronted by the lady behind the counter and asked rudely "where did you come from" in a very racist tone. My husband also noticed the poor dirty state of their kitchen as we walked out the door. Please avoid this place like the plague. Bad food and...

You want fried rice? OK, I'll screw that up and give you white rice, and on all orders too! Everytime you order I'll mess that up for you! You want Mongolian Beef? OK, I'll make sure that the "beef" comes from the Salisbury steak from a 2 week old school lunch, or out of an outdated Hungry Man TV dinner! Does the menu say that a entrée comes with soup or an egg roll? OK I'll charge you for them anyway! Needless to say The Great Wall is a great place to get over charged and under served. Save your money, or just eat the credit card.
