Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brown Township

Ordered on app to make it fast and sat and sat just to get luke warm “hot” coffee bc it was made when I ordered on the app just to sit behind everyone that didn’t know what they wanted. And didn’t even get napkins for a churro donut for my kid. Manager said she’d replace it next time I’m through and was nice when I called which is why they are getting 2 stars and not 1. The drive thru guy couldn’t even locate my order bc it was set in lobby pick up but I’m hurting today with my nerve damage in my legs and wasn’t running inside so I ordered drive thru. I was also told to wait at the order screen… I ordered on app to not have to stare at the order screen.

Whatever crew was working around 11 this morning November 22 2024, man y'all definitely understand the assignment. I was literally in there like 3 minutes in and out. Service was excellent. There was a lady at the counter ready to greet me and take my order (something that's lacking in other locations I've been to. The lady at the counter was friendly and professional. The staff also friendly professional and smile. I'd have to say this is my new favorite Dunkin Donut. Please don't change a thing at this location. And thank you to that whole Dunkin crew you guys and girls rock!!!! DUNKIN CORPORATE THIS LOCATION DESERVES ALL AROUND RAISES FOR...

I've l largely given up on going to Dunkin due to poor quality and service from other locations. However I was in the area for work and needed something quick and this was a convenient stop. It was the best breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time from any fast food type restaurant. I was back in the area a week or two later and went out of my way to stop by for another sandwich.
