Ordered $32 in food through subway app and somehow my order got delivered wrong. Called subway for an hour trying to get ahold of someone and wasn’t able too so I called door dash to see if they could do anything since they were the ones who delivered it…door dash refunded subway and told me it was up to subway to refund me…so I drove up to subway and spent literally an hour arguing with the manager and the district manager telling them they owed me the refund not door dash (2 hours now trying to get a refund)…I even had to wait while SUBWAY called door dash and door dash told them that subway had been compensated for the order and subway owed me the refund…the district manager stated that he wanted compensation for the food they wasted on my order before I would get a refund and again door dash told them subway had been fully compensated…district manager is more worried about himself and his $32 than making things right with the customer and worrying about his $32 after he refunded me…so now he got his little $32 and will be missing out on all the money I would have spent at his subway location in the future had he done right by me (THE CUSTOMER) HINT HINT DISTRICT MANAGER THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES WHO PUT THE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!!! WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS…WORRY ABOUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST AND YOURSELF LATER AND THE CUSTOMER WILL PROBABLY COME BACK…I STILL GOT MY REFUND THAT SUBWAY OWED ME BUT SUBWAY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER…NOW HOW PROFITABLE WAS THAT DECISION LOL I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER BE BACK…IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 2 HOURS TO GET A REFUND WHEN YOU OWE THE MONEY…I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DRIVE OUT IN A SNOW STORM AT 9 O CLOCK AT NIGHT TO GET A REFUND AND I DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO LITERALLY SPEND AN HOUR ARGUING WITH 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS JUST TO GET THE MONEY THEY OWED ME…IF YOU PAY SOMEONE FOR A SERVICE AND YOU DONT GET THAT SERVICE THEN YOU GET A REFUND…YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD...

He seemed upset that someone came to place an order, when I asked him questions he was even more annoyed and was trying to rush me through me placing my order. If you don’t like your job and or having a bad day don’t take it out on everyone else. Management should really reconsider having this employee apart of your team because now i don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore and will go to another location.
